We are looking for a Students Coordinator who will guide a group of 40-50 students through their learning journey and then help them land their first IT job. This is a hybrid role that starts with education coordination and evolves into full-cycle employment support, making a direct impact on whether our students successfully break into IT.
Your qualities and skills that will be valued:
Experience in active communication with people — working with clients, students, or teams, and resolving organizational issues along the way.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and support others.
Structured, detail-oriented, and responsible approach to work.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
English level Intermediate+ (for working with documentation, reviewing CVs, and conducting interviews in English).
Ukrainian language proficiency, as you'll work closely with Ukrainian-speaking students and documentation.
Willingness to work from our Kyiv office at least three times a week, especially during the onboarding phase.
Ability to be both supportive and firm when needed.
Your additional advantages:
Background in psychology, teaching, customer support, project management, or sales.
Experience organizing learning processes, working with groups, or mentoring.
Experience working with analytics, dashboards, or spreadsheets.
Understanding of the IT market and tech industry as a whole.
Team coordination or leadership experience, or a background in recruitment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting a group of 40-50 students throughout their studies: checking module completion, organizing the course start, and providing ongoing support.
Collaborating with the coach and mentors (4-6 people) to organize the learning process and keep students motivated.
Resolving organizational, communication, and motivational issues within the group.
Conducting tech-checks, Q&A sessions, and helping students solve problems as they arise.
Supporting mentors, organizing team-building activities, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
Preparing students for employment: reviewing CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters, and helping them prepare for interviews in Ukrainian and English.
Providing daily support to students during their job search: tracking application submissions, communicating with recruiters, and following up.
Conducting mock interviews and training students on soft skills.
Collaborating with mentors during the employment stage.
Analyzing interview outcomes and helping students improve the effectiveness of their job search.
