The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in developing and deploying scalable solutions from the ground up, covering all aspects of application development including the data layer, business logic layer, APIs, and user interface. This role demands extensive experience within the Azure ecosystem, including proficiency with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure API Management (APIM), and AD B2C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack solutions leveraging Azure services, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Utilize Python and JavaScript to build robust back-end services and appealing front-end interfaces.
• Architect and implement REST API specifications on Azure API Management (APIM), adhering to best practices in API development.
• Design and develop relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Development and deployment of serverless solutions on the Azure cloud platform utilizing Logic Apps workflows and Azure Functions
• Independently create technical designs, from concept through deployment, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Ensure application-level security through effective identity management, cryptography, and access control measures.
• Work with an international team of developers, in a collaborative work environment.
• Utilize GitHub for version control, Jira for project management, and Linux shell scripts for automation. Proficient in ARM/Bicep for infrastructure as code.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of developing complex solutions.
• Extensive experience with the Azure ecosystem, specifically Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, APIM, and AD B2C
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
• Expertise in REST API design and implementation on Azure API Management.
• Solid understanding of relational database design and development.
• Experience in deploying serverless solutions on the Azure cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, and deploy technical solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of application security principles.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, Linux shell scripts, and ARM/Bicep.

• Education: Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent;
• Expertise in IP network switching and routing protocols, TCP/IP stack is highly desirable;
• Hands-on experience with Linux;
• English level – upper-intermediate;

Would be a plus:

• Superior problem solving, analytical and communications skills;
• A strong understanding of IP protocols and telecommunication/cable operator networks;
• Experience in a technical support organization in a broadcast, communication, satellite, cable, telco or a similar domain;
• Experience with bash/python scripting;

• Ability to work on flexible hours.

This position requires not frequently travel (once per quartal approximately).

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for integration and support in assigned product areas to Harmonic’s regional customer support engineers and, when necessary, customers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex system problems involving Harmonic and associated equipment;

About the Role

As the Data Practice Lead, you will:

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 20+ people.
• Hands-on expertise in data architectures, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and modern data engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics solutions, and AI/ML workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in building and scaling data practices in consulting or service companies.
• Fluency in Russian is preferred to support team communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multi-region team management.
• Familiarity with pre-sales and business development processes.
