We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruit Team Leader who can drive hiring initiatives, optimize recruitment processes, and support the company’s growth through effective talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters.
• Develop recruitment policies to inform the rest of the organization.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Recruitment team, conduct the evaluation process.
• Collaborate closely with the Hiring managers to ensure that the team meets hiring targets and provides a great hiring experience.
• Drive innovation and be keen to explore and assess new processes, programs, and tools when needed.

• Act as a strategic partner to department team leaders and CEO, aligning hiring strategies with business needs and ensuring effective collaboration throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (Sourcer, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a manager of the team.
• Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) is a must.
• Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge.

We’re currently expanding our team for one of our partners, and looking for a Customer Support Representative (German Desk, Middle level) to join our international customer care team.

Required experience and skills:

• 6+ months of experience as a Customer Support Representative;
• German — C1+ (both written and spoken, close to native);
• English — B2–C1;

• Ability to stay focused under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and ability to deeply analyze customer requests;

Important!

This role involves some travel to the Netherlands to collaborate closely with the client, run in-person consulting sessions at the WeAreBrain office in Amsterdam, and occasionally visit the client’s office. Candidates must have the flexibility and ability to travel within Europe.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or digital product environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
