🎯 Role Purpose
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support product development, rapid releases, and high availability of the programmatic job advertising platform and Job site.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) for production, staging, and dev environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, Data and ML workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high system reliability (SRE best practices).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and ML engineers to improve deployment speed and quality.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and backup strategies are in place.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortem reviews.
• Familiar with GitOps approach

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
• Strong expertise with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM) or equivalent cloud provider.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack).
   

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with security best practices (DevSecOps).
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting for automation
