As a Scraper Engineer, you will:

• Monitoring Duties
  • Review monitoring reports to ensure crawler health and data quality
  • Analyze logs to identify unexpected events, proxy issues, and schema changes. 
• Implement New Crawler Services
  • Build and deploy crawler services for new public data sources we are wishing to crawl
  • Develop work email enrichment capabilities to enhance data coverage
• Handle Crawler Outages of P1 Services
  • Investigate and resolve LinkedIn crawler issues, including proposing solutions when APIs are deprecated
  • Respond to monitoring alerts and investigate issues (e.g., significant decreases in profiles crawled)
  • Troubleshoot and restore critical data pipelines with urgency

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Python development with a strong understanding of good code design principles
• Solid proficiency in PostgreSQL (PSQL), including query optimization and database design
• Experience with Celery for distributed task queue management
• Proven experience building ETL applications that can scale with billions of events
• Experience with web scraping technologies, proxy management, and handling anti-bot measures
• Strong debugging skills and ability to analyze logs and monitoring systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flower for Celery monitoring

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and manage media campaigns within clients’ parameters, create and maintain buysheets
• Assist in media planning to meet campaign goals and negotiate with media vendors
• Analyze and optimize media campaigns to ensure KPI delivery
• Campaign Liaison to media vendor representatives
• Responsible for sending insertion orders and revisions and responding to vendors’ needs in a timely manner
• Contact media vendors for performance and pacing reports, monitor campaign pacing using 1st and 3rd party data
• Handle creative traffic requests to appropriate internal teams for display, paid social, and paid search
• Billing and reconciliation support

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

MISSION
Own and execute the product roadmap for a DTC e-commerce brand
on the US market. Translate business goals into executed features,
optimized funnels, and measurable growth. Act as the execution bridge
between the founder, development, design, and marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Website Ownership
• Own the Shopify roadmap including themes, PDPs, checkout,
upsells, and CRO elements.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and
specifications.
• Prioritize features based on impact, speed, and ROI.
• Manage backlog, releases, and ongoing improvements.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization
• Optimize product pages (PDPs), checkout, post-purchase flows,
upsells, downsells, and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests across layouts, copy, bundles, and offers.
• Align product experience with traffic sources in collaboration with
marketing and creative teams.

Cross-Functional Execution
• Coordinate Shopify developers, designers, creative strategists,
email/retention marketers, and SEO & paid media teams.
• Ensure clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery across all
initiatives.

Analytics & Decision-Making
• Track key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, funnel drop-offs,
and feature performance.
• Work with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar / Clarity (or similar tools).

Founder Support & Scaling
• Act as the founder’s right hand in product and execution.
• Proactively propose improvements and new initiatives.
• Prepare the product for scale: new SKUs, bundles, subscriptions,
and international expansion.

EXPERIENCE

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or
E-commerce PM.
• Strong background in Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing
teams.
• Hands-on exposure to CRO, paid traffic, and SEO-driven
products.
• Strong written English — B2 or higher.
