Junior CRM / Retention Tester (Bonus and Campaign QA)
About the role
We are looking for a Junior CRM / Retention Tester to help test bonus campaigns, email campaigns, push notifications, and content within an iGaming product.
This is a testing-focused role where you will ensure that marketing and bonus mechanics work correctly before launch and after release for users.
Key responsibilities
Testing bonus and promotional campaigns before launch
Checking email campaigns, push notifications, and onsite content
Verifying correctness of display and logic of promotional materials
Logging bugs and issues in the system
Re-testing fixed tasks (re-test)
Post-release testing
Checking responsiveness (desktop / mobile)
Maintaining simple test documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulatory communication requirements
What we are looking for
A detail-oriented person with strong attention to detail
Someone who can identify bugs and logical inconsistencies
Basic understanding of CRM / marketing campaigns is a plus
English level: reading and understanding documentation
Ability to clearly describe bugs and findings
Willingness to grow in CRM / Retention / QA fields
Nice to have
Experience in testing (QA, manual testing)
Understanding of email marketing or CRM logic
Experience with bonuses, promotions, or iGaming products
