Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing Specialist to help us build effective user communications and boost retention rates. If you know how behavioral segmentation works, know how to set up complex trigger flows, and most importantly, have solid practical experience with Customer.io — we want to see you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Launch: Create, set up, and launch automated flows (trigger-based / lifecycle emails) and regular promotional campaigns.
• Segmentation & Retention: Develop lifecycle communication strategies based on user behavioral segmentation to improve retention metrics.
• Customer.io Management: Take full ownership of the technical setup of campaigns, logic, and triggers directly within the platform.
• Deliverability Control: Monitor email deliverability metrics, maintain sender reputation, and participate in domain warm-up processes.
• Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate), conduct A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to improve metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role as an Email Marketing Manager or CRM Specialist.
• Tools: Practical, hands-on experience with Customer.io is a strict requirement (must-have).
• Expertise: Deep understanding of email marketing, retention strategies, and lifecycle communications.
• Deliverability: Basic understanding of the technical side of email marketing (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, warm-up).
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, highly structured, and responsible.
• Language: English level — Intermediate+ (required for working with content and internal communications).
