Responsibilities:
- Development of the Company's Infrastructure

Requirements:
- Linux Operating Systems Administration with at least 3 years of experience

What will you do:
β Create and scale ad campaigns on our key platforms β Meta, TikTok, and Google;
β Lead our traffic diversification strategy by testing and launching new channels;
β Build strong hypotheses about user behavior and validate them using performance marketing tools and CRO;
β Team up with the Headway creative crew to brainstorm and brief them on new creative packs;
β Set up our first CRM communications and eventually supervise a junior CRM specialist;
β Join the Goodly management team and play a key role in shaping and growing our products through your expertise β youβll basically be the go-to person for driving our sales.
What do you need to join us:
β At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing;
β Proven experience launching and managing ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google;
β Experience working with monthly ad budgets of $100,000 or more;
β Hands-on experience with traffic acquisition for both e-commerce and mobile apps;
β Experience with CRM communications and affiliate networks will be a plus;
