    What you'll do:

     

    • Collaborate with a team of 2 writers to create romantic novels β€” from ideation to final polish
      Create writing plans, provide constructive feedback to authors, and improve content quality
    • Manage a small team: support, growth, and regular communication
    • Deliver publishing goals: 3 to 6 books per week (depending on your experience and team setup)
    • Integrate AI into the writing and editing processes (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

    What You Will Do

    • Build and maintain high-load APIs(>= 3 billion requests per day) used by our mobile SDK and frontend dashboard teams with multiple GEO distributed points of presence.
    • Develop asynchronous processes with Dramatiq and structure services using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Unit and integration tests.
    • Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations such as SSO, Payment providers and attribution pipelines.
    • Improve service quality(including reliability and availability) for third-party integrations and API-based product fetching from app stores.
