• Context graph (Sybill). Deploy and own the context graph. It auto-populates HubSpot with clean, structured data and gives the entire company a unified, data-driven, customer-centric brain to query.
• Partner system (PRM, e.g. Introw.io). Deploy and own the PRM: data model, deal registration, attribution, partner workflows, and payouts.
• Data architecture, quality, and automation. Own enrichment, routing, scoring, and attribution, and automate lead capture, handoffs, lifecycle, and renewals so teams move without manual setup.
• Integrations and MCP. Connect the stack through APIs and prepare it for MCP access so it's ready for AI agents (e.g. Gemini Enterprise).

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of a Windows-based desktop application focused on structural engineering analysis. What You'll Do:

- Own features end-to-end: product discussion, design, build, deploy, and keep them healthy in production.
- Build trading and market UIs: order entry, live quotes, price impact, positions, and settlement views.
- Build the NestJS services behind them: market data, order handling, settlement, and the APIs that feed the UI.
- Work with real-time data: WebSocket fan-out, reconnect / resume, and keeping the UI in sync with a fast-moving backend.

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of full-stack experience shipping production features.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Core Infrastructure team.

Our infrastructure team is the backbone for Promova and several internal products. We build reliable, cost-aware infrastructure that lets engineering teams ship without fighting their tooling. From AI features and Kubernetes clusters to developer tooling and multi-cloud setup, you'll help shape the foundation the rest of the company builds on.

Own the platform. You'll have end-to-end ownership of core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, and modern platform tooling.

About the role

Finance focus. This role is for our Finance direction: settlements, reconciliation, bank integrations, and integration with the core banking system. You'll go deep into the money flow — how funds move, settle, and reconcile across gateway, processor, schemes, and banks.
 

Fintech experience is essential. We need someone who already knows payments and fintech — this isn't a domain to pick up on the side. We expect proactivity and a readiness to take on and own the domain expertise: be the person the team relies on for settlement and reconciliation logic.

You’ll own backend and platform engineering for a video streaming product built primarily in Go, with Rust and C/C++ for performance-critical paths, running on Kubernetes across AWS and GCP via Pulumi. This is a live, production system - real services, messaging, caching, persistence, and the control plane that keeps the platform running, not a greenfield build. Video streaming knowledge is a plus, not a gate: if you’re a strong Go/systems engineer curious about real-time media, this is a fast way to grow into that domain while doing serious backend and infrastructure work.
