Business Process Manager (hybrid work in Warsaw)

REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Warsaw (office-based/hybrid).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Process Automation Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience analyzing business systems and processes, documenting the "as-is" state, and designing the "to-be" model.
- Strong experience in business process optimization, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of BPMN and experience with process modeling, automation, and visualization tools.
- Experience working in medium to large organizations (ideally 100+ employees).
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain clear, structured, and logical documentation in English.
- Solid understanding of software development and SDLC.
- Strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.
- Experience working closely with QA teams and a good understanding of testing workflows, test lifecycle, and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience with operational business processes, such as HR, Finance, Procurement, or administrative workflows, is a plus.
- Hands-on QA experience is a strong advantage but is not a mandatory requirement.
- Strong analytical thinking, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of written and spoken English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes, with a primary focus on testing-related workflows.
- Conduct audits of existing business processes and document the current ("as-is") state.
- Design and document future ("to-be") processes and workflows aligned with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create clear process maps, documentation, and workflow visualizations using BPMN or similar methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation of process improvements and support change management activities.
- Present proposed process changes to stakeholders across Engineering, QA, HR, Finance, and other business functions, ensuring alignment and successful adoption.
- Work closely with QA teams to analyze, optimize, and improve testing processes across the software development lifecycle.
- Validate implemented changes, measure their effectiveness, and continuously analyze outcomes to ensure process efficiency and business value.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational excellence.
