We're growing fast and looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and stability of our frontend project. You will work closely in a team with developers, project/product managers, and other QA specialists to identify and report issues, validate new features, and verify overall product behavior. This role is focused on performing manual testing to help ensure that all frontend features work as expected and meet our quality standards before release.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in manual Web application testing.
• Proven experience in UI/frontend testing using DevTools.
• Understanding of Web and client-server interaction principles.
• Experience working with Figma for UI/UX validation.
• Basic skills in working with GraphQL/Rest API (sending queries, analyzing responses).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge and practical application of test design techniques. 
• Proficiency in test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Qase, Zephyr), Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
• Experience in writing test checklists, test cases and bug reports.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, bug lifecycle).
  Nice-to-Have:
• Basic knowledge of automated testing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with performance testing tools.

  Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of web applications across desktop and mobile platforms to ensure consistent user experience and functionality.
• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for new and existing product features.
• Develop positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios to validate application behavior under various conditions.
• Participate in various testing phases including smoke, functional, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Analyze and test GraphQL queries and APIs, using Postman, and Swagger
• Create detailed and well-documented bug reports, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and regularly update test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test run results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

About the Role:

As an Application Support Engineer on the Bringg team, you will own end-to-end resolution of technical and product issues for large international customers. 
You will work closely with customer success, solutions experts, and R&D to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, validate fixes, and drive improvements in a mission-critical platform, ensuring a high level of service in an operationally critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and technical support inquiries from Bringg users on Web and Mobile platforms.
• Investigate and diagnose issues using SQL queries, log analysis, and API monitoring tools.
• Manage support cases, prioritize competing incidents, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Escalate complex bugs to the R&D team with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments.
• Coordinate incident communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Validate and functional-test fixes related to support cases across platform components.
• Collect customer requirements and configuration requests to inform platform enhancements.
• Monitor production performance metrics and usage reports to identify support trends.
• Create and update technical documentation and train team members and customers.
• Propose and implement improvements to support processes for efficiency and quality.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in L2 or L3 Application Support
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Experience supporting Web and Mobile applications in production environments
• Customer-facing mindset, with the ability to manage relationships under pressure
• Experience working in operationally critical, high-pressure environments, including incident management
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Postman, Salesforce or other integration/CRM tools 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities:

- Provide analytical support throughout the development of new product features — from discovering insights and product ideas in data, designing the required technical logs and DWH tables, to presenting analysis results to key stakeholders;

- Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected;

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing dashboards and their underlying data sets;

- Monitor key metrics, and identify business trends;

- Present product and customer data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership — influence change with the outcome of your analysis and make recommendations to executives and team leaders;

- Lead deep-dive analysis that will frame product strategy and product roadmap decisions

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role;

- Advanced SQL skills, ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries;

- 3+ years of practical experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/etc), ability to leverage multiple data sources;

- Ability to work with a large amount of data, create reports, and recognize patterns;

 - Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;

- The ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- English language proficiency — B2 is the minimum.
 

Would be a plus also:
 

• A/B testing experience;
• Proficiency in Airflow for workflow orchestration;
• Programming experience with Python or R.
