You will join a Regulatory Reporting Platform within a large US investment bank. The platform is responsible for collecting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data from multiple internal systems to produce regulatory reports for 240 jurisdictions worldwide. In total, the platform supports around 10,000 reports across a wide range of regulatory, compliance, financial, and risk reporting areas.
This is a large-scale, business-critical data platform operating in a highly regulated environment, where data accuracy, quality, traceability, and timely delivery are essential. The team works on building and enhancing data pipelines, implementing reporting logic, ensuring data validation and reconciliation, and supporting the generation of complex regulatory outputs.
The project is delivered by a global distributed team with colleagues located in Ukraine, Poland, and the US, offering close collaboration with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Responsibilities:

  - Design, develop, and maintain solutions for a large-scale Regulatory Reporting Platform

A university degree in computer sciences.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Back-end.
• Mandatory domain expertise in Finance and Insurance industries.
• Proven track record in architectural design: ability to build and scale robust systems from an early-stage MVP.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and the Next.js ecosystem (Current stack: Next.js, React, Postgres, Vercel).
• Extensive experience working with production-grade systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including complex schema design and data integrity.
• Ability to take ownership of the technical roadmap and evolve AI-generated prototypes into enterprise-ready solutions.
• Strong focus on security and best practices for handling sensitive financial/insurance data.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with Java
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations .
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in Fintech/Insurtech.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in public relations in iGaming sphere
• Proven experience in affiliate program and brand promotion
• Established network of media contacts and proven experience securing impactful media coverage
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategies that align with brand objectives and adapt to evolving market dynamics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (B2 minimum)
• Skilled in crisis management, capable of quick, strategic thinking under pressure
• Experience with PR analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Craft and manage an overarching PR strategy aligned with brand goals, addressing the unique needs of diverse markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers, ensuring consistent and favorable media coverage
• Plan, execute, and analyze PR campaigns that promote brand initiatives, product launches, and corporate events
• Create press releases, media kits, and PR content that conveys brand messaging in a clear, engaging way
• Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the lead for managing any potential reputational issues
• Work closely with the Brand, SMM, and Event teams to align messaging and reinforce brand consistency across channels
• Track, analyze, and report PR campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights
