You will work on both frontend and backend parts of the platform, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and help scale a high-load production system.

We’re looking for engineers with real full-stack experience — candidates may be stronger in certain areas, but should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend.

What You’ll Do
 

🔹 Analyze marketing campaigns and key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI)
🔹 Work with dashboards and reports to identify trends and insights
🔹 Support optimization of funnels and find growth opportunities
🔹 Prepare reports and translate data into clear business conclusions
🔹 Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams
🔹 Assist in testing hypotheses (A/B testing, creatives, funnels)

What We Expect

✅ Basic experience with SQL and/or Python
✅ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
✅ Ability to work with dashboards and interpret data
✅ Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.)
✅ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ English level B1–B2+

Will Be a Plus
➕ Experience in iGaming / retention / retargeting
➕ Understanding of tracking links, postbacks, analytics metrics
➕ Experience with A/B testing
➕ Basic knowledge of attribution models (Post-Click / Post-View)
