The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & BSP: Define system architecture; develop and maintain BSPs for ARM/x86; configure bootloaders (U-Boot) and kernels.

Vision of the role:
This is a highly autonomous position. We’re looking for someone who feels confident working with games and truly understands how they function under the hood — the mechanics, math models, player behavior, and what makes a title perform. You’ll collaborate closely with department leads and take full ownership of our entire game portfolio, from content selection to performance analysis. We need someone with a practical, hands-on understanding of how games work, evolve, and generate revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze slot market trends, player behavior, and competitor games.
- Select and evaluate game concepts for portfolio integration or internal development.
- Define product requirements (mechanics, bonuses, visuals, UX) and oversee lifecycle.
- Build strategy to maximize game performance across GEOs.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and ROI.
