    Range of tasks:

    • Build real-time video/voice call pipelines.

    What hard-skills are important to us:

    • 4+ years ML engineering experience in product (if you have experience in the dating niche, it’s a huge advantage).
    • Strong focus on image generation — including training and fine-tuning diffusion and other generative models (Stable Diffusion, Flux, SDXL), LoRA and ControlNet pipelines, latent-space manipulation, and model optimization for inference speed and quality.
    • Understanding of computer vision concepts (e.g., segmentation, pose estimation, feature extraction) is a plus.
    • Python, PyTorch proficiency.
    • Experience with multimodal AI.
    • Real-time systems and low-latency applications experience.
    • Knowledge of diffusion models, LLMs, audio processing.
    • Fluent in Russian/Ukrainan.
