We are building a quantitative research platform from scratch in the e-sports domain and are looking for a Data Engineer to join the team at an early stage.

This role focuses on designing and operating the research data layer that supports modeling, analysis, and feature development. You’ll ensure raw match data is transformed into reliable, reusable, research-ready inputs.

This is a foundational role — early decisions around data modeling and feature design will shape how research is done long-term.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain research data pipelines for historical and live match data
• Clean, normalize, and structure raw data into research-ready features
• Collaborate closely with researchers on feature design and iteration
• Implement feature computation using Spark and SQL
• Ensure data jobs run reliably, are monitored, and recover correctly
• Own backup and recovery processes
• Maintain scalable, well-structured datasets for downstream use
• Support limited data collection via APIs and web sources

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role

Responsibilities:  

• Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on one's doubts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Strong Middle or Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a project-based basis (est. 2-3 months of full-time work + on demand maintenance) to work on a story-telling app for children launching soon across iOS, Android, and Web. 
 

We are currently finalizing the implementation of the MVP which among other features includes interactive stories with multiple decision points in audio and text modes and custom voice narration.
 

The role includes finalizing and polishing our MVP (such as performance optimization with scalability in mind, UI improvements, and adding minor features) and implementing new features after the release (achievements and rewards, playlists, notifications, and more).

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Flutter developer to join us for a focused 2-3 month + on demand maintenance engagement to polish our MVP and launch the app, then build critical post-launch features. This is a high-impact role where you'll have significant ownership over the mobile and web experience as we go from final development to public release.

You'll be working alongside our VP of Engineering, Product Manager, Designer, QA Engineer, and Back-End Engineer to refine the existing codebase, optimize performance, and build new features including achievements, rewards, playlists, notifications, and in-app purchases.

What You'll Work On

• Polish and optimize the existing MVP for production release
• Ensure smooth performance across varying network conditions and devices keeping growing numbers of users and increasing volumes of content
• Implement subscription payments (App Store and Google Play for mobile, DCB for Web)
• Integrate with our DSP/CMS system for content delivery and service management 
• Build post-launch features: achievements system, rewards, in-app purchases, playlists, push notifications
• Implement polished animations (Rive, Lottie, etc.) and smooth user experiences

What We're Looking For

Technical Excellence:

• 4+ years of professional Flutter development experience
• Expert-level understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating REST APIs and synchronizing application logic with backend developers
• Strong experience with app store deployment and subscription/payment integrations
• Proven ability to build smooth, performant apps that work well on low-bandwidth connections
• Experience with audio playback and complex UI/animations (Rive, Lottie, etc.)
• Understanding of responsive design, platform-specific guidelines (iOS/Android), and pixel-perfect UI execution
• Ability to make sound UX decisions independently (e.g., error states, loading indicators) without always needing designer input
