You will become a part of the Trinetix Presale Team, working together with Sales and Delivery to prepare compelling and highly competitive proposals for our potential clients. As a Presale Manager, you will coordinate team efforts on the proposal development activities starting from initial clarification calls, internal alignment with Sales and Delivery, solution design, estimation, and planning. We are looking for a Lead of VIP to build and scale the VIP function within a fast-growing crypto casino. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on proactive, high-touch player management and full ownership of the VIP cohort's revenue and retention.

You will set the standard for how high-value players are managed, lead the VIP team, and align cross-functional stakeholders around retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own VIP segment NGR, retention, and reactivation.
• Drive proactive player management: read play and deposit patterns, anticipate churn, and intervene before a high-value player goes dormant.
• Run VIP segmentation and tiering. Promote rising players early; identify at-risk whales and protect them.
• Own personalized comps, bonuses, and gifting within strict margin discipline (comp-to-NGR).

Team Leadership
