We are looking for a Head of Analytics who will become a key player in the development and evolution of the company’s analytical system. This is a strategic role for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and is able to act as a trusted business partner for top management.

Your mission is to build an efficient, scalable, and transparent analytics system that supports data-driven decision-making and to foster a strong data-driven culture across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full audit of internal analytics processes, including team structure, data architecture, reporting, tools, and communication flows;
• Redesign and optimize reporting systems in line with business needs and key stakeholders’ expectations;
• Develop and implement unified analytics standards, methodologies, and KPI frameworks;
• Work closely with databases and data architecture: understand data structures and logic, and participate in the design and optimization of data storage and pipelines;
• Actively use and develop BI tools (dashboards, automated reporting, self-service analytics);
• Lead the analytics team: task prioritization, competency development, mentoring, and participation in hiring and team scaling;
• Coordinate collaboration within the analytics team and with development, product, marketing, finance, and management teams;
• Build a culture of hypothesis generation, experimentation, and analytical thinking to improve products and business outcomes;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and trust in analytics across the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head / Lead of Analytics or in a similar leadership role within a product company (experience in the gaming industry is a plus);
• Demonstrated success in building or transforming an analytics system, either from scratch or during a scaling phase;
• Strong technical background, including:
  • solid understanding of database principles and SQL;
  • experience in rebuilding or optimizing reporting systems;
  • hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar);
• Deep understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business performance indicators;
• Experience in managing teams and building efficient analytics processes;
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate business questions into data-driven insights;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, sufficient for working with documentation, tools, and professional communication.

As a Recruitment Specialist at Cloudfresh, you will play a strategic role in attracting top talent, elevating the candidate and employee experience, and supporting the growth of our international organization. You will build scalable hiring processes, collaborate closely with stakeholders across five countries, and contribute to organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in multinational or multicultural environments (minimum 3 countries).
• Strong expertise in hiring for technical positions and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Experience building scalable recruitment processes (Kanban, velocity tracking, scorecards, quality of hire).
• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• English level B2; French or Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Confident user of HRIS and productivity tools (BambooHR, Workday, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Proficiency in recruitment analytics, including reporting on headcount, funnel efficiency, and turnover.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for HR automation and process optimization.
• Experience prescreening technical candidates.
• Understanding of EU cultural contexts and experience working across distributed teams.
• Prior involvement in culture-building or organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review, update, and standardize job profiles to reflect current organizational requirements.
• Increase the presence in sourcing channels (LinkedIn, DOU, referrals)
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for 5–10 open roles, ensuring high-quality talent delivery and fast turnaround.
• Develop and maintain a structured candidate pool and an organized CV database.
• Conduct screenings for both GTM and technical positions, ensuring robust evaluation and pipeline quality.
• Assess the employee onboarding journey and propose improvements for alignment and efficiency.
• Actively collaborate on corporate culture and organizational development programs.
• Deliver recruitment analytics including headcount reporting, funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and turnover analysis.
• Contribute to culture assessments, ESAT rollout, and cross-department collaboration initiatives.
• Assist in scaling the recruitment team and improving predictability and consistency of hiring output.
• Participate in risk identification and mitigation efforts across people operations.
