About Us

We are a growing property management company (UWE Immobilien GmbH) with the goal of combining professional real estate management with modern, well-thought-out IT. We're building our IT clean, secure, and cloud-first from the ground up – and that's where you come in.

To be clear about scope: this role is mostly focused on Microsoft 365 management and classic system administration (identity, devices, security, backup). It is not about administering our business applications – we handle those ourselves directly with the respective vendors. Your job is to provide the secure, well-architected environment those applications run in, not to maintain the applications themselves (however, once our relationship is established we can discuss taking further repsonsibilties for you)

Your Responsibilities

• Own the IT strategy: You develop, build, and maintain our entire Microsoft 365 environment (Business Premium) – you're responsible for the architecture, not just individual tickets.
• Device & identity management: Microsoft Intune (MDM) for company-owned devices, a secure BYOD concept for personal devices (Windows 365 Cloud PC / VDI or MAM app protection), Microsoft Entra ID with MFA and Conditional Access.
• Onboarding & device integration: You integrate all new devices and employees – ideally automated and fully remote.
• Data security & GDPR: Preventing uncontrolled data leakage (DLP / MAM), clean separation of personal and business data, Defender hardening.
• Backup & disaster recovery strategy: You design and operate it (3-2-1 principle, standalone M365 backup with an EU storage location, immutable backups, retention in accordance with GoBD).
• Cloud telephony: Support the administration and clean integration of our phone system (Placetel) - however we can do much on our own here
• Secure environment for business applications: You ensure secure access and clean technical integration (identity, device compliance, network access) for our management software (Immoware24, later impower and casavi). The applications themselves are managed by us together with the vendors – your responsibility is the secure environment around them, not the software's functional administration.

Your Profile

• Solid experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, Defender, SharePoint / OneDrive / Exchange Online).
• Expertise in endpoint management as well as BYOD / MDM / MAM concepts; ideally experience with Windows 365 / Azure Virtual Desktop.
• A solid understanding of IT security and data protection (GDPR) in an SME environment.
• Experience with backup solutions for Microsoft 365 and a structured 3-2-1 concept.
• An independent, structured way of working – you think in terms of strategy, not just individual tasks.
• English language skills (B2 or upwards)
• Nice to have: networking fundamentals, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104), experience in small, growing companies, german a plus but not required

Presently we expand our Ukraine VLSI team. You'd be able to work on projects in one team with Ukrainian engineers. Our Senior stuff is open for knowledge sharing on a daily basis.

Your Role:

• DfT implementation inline with existing test methodology for advance process nodes;
• Perform top and/or block-level DFT insertion: scan compression, (i)JTAG, ATPG, patterns validation/simulation, MBIST/LBIST;
• Closely work with physical design team to resolve timing constraints/issues;
• Verify DFT circuitry and interface with other components/IPs and debug timing simulation issues;
• Debug and improve important DfT KPIs: test coverage/pattern efficiency;
• Hierarchical retargeting;

• Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support for physical failure analysis.

   

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with DFT and test flows with commercial EDA tools for large and complex SOCs;

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to become the guardian of product quality before and after launch.

This is a hands-on role focused on testing real user journeys, identifying issues before players encounter them, and ensuring a smooth gaming experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

You will work closely with platform providers, content managers, CRM specialists, and product stakeholders to maintain a stable and reliable product.

GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 2–3 months)

Role Overview

We are looking for Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer contractors who can embed within portfolio teams to produce reporting cubes and revenue analytics deliverables. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of technical depth, commercial awareness, project management skills, and preferably SaaS domain expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

• Embed within portfolio company data teams as a contractor
• Build and deliver data pipelines from raw source data to clean, validated output tables
• Produce reporting cubes and revenue analytics deliverables
• Reconcile pre- vs. post-migration data to maintain analytical continuity
• Translate business questions into technical implementations

Requirements

• Hands-on Technical Builder — Proficient in Python and SQL. Able to independently architect and deliver data pipelines from raw source data through to clean, validated output tables.
• Commercially Oriented — Ideally 2+ years in a consulting, advisory, or deal-support environment (e.g. Big 4, boutique analytics consultancy). Comfortable translating business questions into technical implementations.
• System & Data Migration Experience — Has worked on ERP, CRM, or billing platform migrations (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, Chargebee). Understands data quality pitfalls — duplicate customers, broken historical linkages — and knows how to reconcile pre- vs. post-migration data to maintain analytical continuity.
• Accounting or SaaS Exposure — Either an accountant by trade or someone with SaaS revenue analytics exposure. Familiar with subscription metrics (ARR, NRR, churn), snowballs, and billings-to-revenue reconciliations.

We are seeking a Top-Tier Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a cornerstone of the Customers Area development team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end reliability, scalability, and automation of our next-generation CRM and Communication Platform. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, implementing robust CI/CD frameworks and platform-engineering standards that ensure high availability in a regulated production environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Excellence: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles while maintaining strict security and quality gates.

Technical Requirements 

• Cloud Infrastructure: Expert-level proficiency in AWS (IaaS).
• Infrastructure as Code: Advanced experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• DevOps/SRE Operations: Deep hands-on experience in platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and large-scale incident management.
• Production Readiness: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex production environments and conduct systematic post-incident analysis.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English; demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations in high-stakes environments.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Expertise in Kubernetes and advanced observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Datadog).

About the role:
We are building a predictable inbound and outbound engine and want a PPC owner who can set up, run, and continuously improve paid acquisition across both brands.

What you will do
You will own paid search and paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to reporting. Your job is to generate qualified leads, reduce cost per qualified lead over time, and improve conversion rates through better targeting, creative, landing pages, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and more.
• Own keyword research, account structure, match types, negatives, bidding strategy, ad copy, and extensions
• Build and maintain landing page testing roadmap with our design and dev team, including messaging, forms, speed, and conversion improvements
• Set up and validate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and offline conversion imports when possible
• Define and monitor lead quality signals, not just form fills, and push improvements based on real pipeline outcomes
• Create weekly reporting that is clear and decision oriented, including what changed, what worked, what did not, and what you will test next
• Manage budget pacing and experiment design, including A B tests for ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with our sales team to align campaigns with ICP, offers, and follow up flow
   

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing PPC for lead generation, B2B services for the US/Canadian market.
• Strong skills in Google Ads account architecture, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution basics
• Comfort working with a CRM and lead lifecycle stages, and using that data to optimize campaigns
• Ability to write clear ad copy and propose landing page improvements that increase conversion rates
• You can communicate clearly, move fast, and take ownership without needing daily direction
   

Nice to have

• Experience marketing software development, SaaS, or technical services
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead gen and retargeting
• Experience with Looker Studio reporting and offline conversion tracking
