We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven marketing lead to structure, lead, and scale the marketing function across our two core products. You’ll manage team and work directly with the C-suite to set KPIs, build systems, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute half-year and full-year marketing strategies.
• Define and track KPIs for performance, lead generation, and team productivity.
• Lead weekly planning, execution monitoring, and monthly reporting of all marketing efforts.
• Systemize the lead acquisition + lead management flow.
• Spot growth opportunities, test new channels, and scale what works.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, with a proven strategic and team leadership background.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and paid performance channels (Google, Meta).
• Strong analytical skills — confident with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Proficiency in applying AI tools for work tasks.
• PR and partnership management experience is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2).

The platform gives users full control over the content they see through a chronological, user-driven feed — eliminating manipulative algorithms, intrusive advertising, and AI-generated content.

Built with a strong focus on privacy, digital freedom, and authentic human connections, the platform aims to become a trusted alternative to traditional social networks.

Team: CEO, CTO, 4 Flutter Developers (including 1 engineer from Digis), Designer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Java (Spring Boot)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

   

Project Advantages

  Limited number of meetings, short stand-ups (not held daily), and direct communication with decision-makers, including the CEO and CTO. This role offers real influence on technical decisions and product improvements.

  This position goes beyond application development. The engineer will own backend and infrastructure-related tasks, working with Java/Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Linux VMs, and CI/CD processes to ensure system stability and scalability.

  The client is a Luxembourg-based social media product launched in 2025. The platform already has 80,000+ registered users and has raised €655K in pre-seed funding from European angel investors.

   

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis in production environments
• Configure and maintain Kubernetes deployments and Linux-based cloud infrastructure
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability

• Participate in technical design discussions and implementation decisions
