VIP Account Manager (iGaming)

VIP Account Manager | iGaming

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our growing iGaming team. You will build strong relationships with high-value players, drive retention, and create personalized experiences for VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with VIP players via messengers and outbound calls
• Analyze player behavior and needs
• Create personalized bonuses, offers, and promotions
• Work on VIP retention and reactivation
• Track offers and maintain accurate records in Excel / Google Sheets
• Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Risk, and Marketing teams
• Suggest ideas to improve the VIP strategy and player experience

Requirements:
• 3+ months of experience in iGaming, VIP, or Retention
• Experience communicating with players via chat and calls
• Understanding of VIP bonuses, retention, and promotional mechanics
• Confident with Excel / Google Sheets
• English - С1
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach
