BotsCrew is a service company that helps international businesses design and build custom AI solutions, automation tools, chatbots, and digital products. We work with clients from discovery and strategy through delivery, iteration, and long-term account growth.

Our projects are rarely “one-size-fits-all.” We build custom solutions around each client’s business processes, data, systems, goals, and constraints. That is why we are looking for someone who can combine client ownership, product thinking, business analysis, and commercial awareness.

About the Role

As a Trainee/Junior Project Manager at BotsCrew, you'll start your PM career alongside experienced managers, working on real international client projects from day one. This is an entry-level role — prior commercial experience is not required. What matters most to us is strong communication, a genuine drive to grow, and a fit with our values.

We invest heavily in developing our juniors, so we're looking for someone ready for a long-term journey with us. BotsCrew is an AI company, and that extends to how we work — you'll be expected to bring AI tools into your daily workflow and keep exploring how they reshape the PM role.

     Requirements:
Must Have

• English B2+ (C1 preferred) — client communication is at the core of this role
• Strong soft skills: you hold a conversation with ease and express your thoughts clearly — neither one-word answers nor endless detail
• A completed Project Management course/certification
• Openness to AI: you already experiment with AI tools in your studies or pet projects, or have a concrete plan for how you want to master them
• Structure and self-organization — you manage your own to-do list and never let things slip
• A learning mindset: specific development sources (courses, books, professional channels) and a clear growth plan
• Alignment with our values and easy, comfortable communication

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Jira / Trello / Notion / Confluence (even at a pet-project or university level)
• Familiarity with core project documentation
• Any PM or AI course certifications
• A point of view on how the PM role evolves alongside AI
  
  Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of client projects
• Communicate with international clients in English
• Work with project documentation and keep it accurate and up to date
• Track tasks, statuses, and deadlines in project management tools
• Assist with coordination, reporting, and day-to-day project operations
