Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product or marketing analytics in iGaming;
• Proven experience building analytics infrastructure from scratch: tool selection, process setup, documentation;
• Strong expertise with AppsFlyer (setup, integration, reporting, deep linking, SKAN);
• Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar);
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
• Solid understanding of mobile product and marketing metrics (Cohort Analysis, Retention, LTV, ARPU, CAC, ROAS);
• Deep knowledge of iGaming-specific metrics such as GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue), churn rate, deposit frequency, bet frequency, conversion rates, and player lifetime value;
• Practical experience with A/B testing and interpreting results;
• Systematic thinker with strong communication skills to present data insights clearly to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the product analytics framework from the ground up (architecture, tools, processes);
• Integrate and configure AppsFlyer for user behavior tracking, attribution, and mobile analytics;
• Develop detailed reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns focusing on player acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, and revenue metrics;
• Define, monitor, and optimize key KPIs such as GGR, ARPU, churn rate, deposit frequency, bet frequency, and conversion rates;
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Looker, Power BI or others);
• Analyse player behavior, conversion funnels, retention dynamics, and monetisation patterns to identify growth opportunities;
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive data-informed decisions;
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve player engagement, monetisation, and campaign effectiveness.
