Skills Required

• Proficiency in SQL (e.g., BigQuery).

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager, a hands-on, results-driven professional who will take full ownership of revenue generation across all our channels outbound and inbound.

Our main requirements:
• 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in software development, AI, or tech services.
• Proven track record of closing $50K+ deals in the US or EU markets.
• Strong understanding of custom software sales cycles (outstaffing, outsourcing, fixed-price, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1+).
• Willing to travel several times per year for conferences, expos, or client meetings.
• Bonus: experience selling to healthcare or healthtech companies (understanding of HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, or AI in healthcare is a big plus).

Your mission:
• Take full responsibility for revenue generation from SQL to closed deals.
• Personally handle and close deals from inbound and outbound channels.
• Build a repeatable lead generation engine (team + systems + metrics).
• Optimize and scale existing channels with clear ROI.
• Travel to conferences and roadshows (US/EU) to represent Riseapps and close new partnerships.
• Hire, coach, and manage a small team of SDRs and lead generators.
• Build and manage CRM and analytics for full-funnel transparency (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Close CRM).
• Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to align sales and go-to-market strategy.

About the Role
 

We are looking for a Junior Promo Manager to support the execution and optimization of promotional campaigns within our iGaming platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for bonus operations, coordinating cross-functional tasks, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of promotional activities. You will work closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, Customer Support, and Development teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Promo Manager role in the future.
 

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch bonus campaigns and promotional mechanics.
• Process bonus requests and credit bonuses through the CRM system.
• Create and maintain bonus configurations and promotional settings.
• Coordinate tasks with Product, CRM, Analytics, Customer Support, and Development teams.
• Monitor implementation timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze the performance of promotional campaigns and prepare reports.
• Monitor bonus usage and identify bonus abuse or suspicious activity.
• Support analysts by preparing requirements for bonus calculations and reporting.
• Maintain documentation related to bonus processes and promotional activities.
• Keep records of active promotions and bonus programs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of promotional mechanics, including Welcome Bonuses, Cashback, Free Spins, Loyalty Programs, Referral Programs, etc.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Customer.io, Bloomreach, BetB2B, or similar is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of bonus-related metrics such as Wagering, ROI, Bonus Cost, and Margin.
• Experience working with task management systems (Jira, Asana, YouTrack, or similar).
• English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with bonus abuse prevention and fraud detection.
• Experience preparing analytical reports and performance reviews.
• Knowledge of Confluence or other documentation tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
