    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage budgets, bids, seasonality, and scaling scenarios.
    • Run A/B tests for ads and landing pages.
    • Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CAC, CPL.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
    • Create regular reports for marketing and sales teams.
    • Ensure clear attribution and visibility of marketing contribution to revenue.
       

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in SEO / digital marketing.
    • Strong hands-on experience with SEO and basic Google Ads.
    • Understanding of attribution, funnels, and lead quality.

    What You Will Own

    As an Application Security Engineer, you will be responsible for application-level security across our fintech platform, including:
     

    • Building and maintaining secure coding standards and supporting their adoptionl across development teams
    • Conducting threat modeling during architecture and design stages
    • Implementing and improving application security testing, including: SAST, DAST, Dependency and secrets scanning, CI/CD security checks
    • Performing regular application security assessments and maturity evaluations (OWASP ASVS, OWASP SAMM)
    • Managing the full vulnerability lifecycle: triage, prioritization, remediation support, and validation
    • Supporting external penetration testing and Bug Bounty programs
    • Identifying and mitigating security risks in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

    • At least 2 years of experience in Application Security or Product Security
    • Hands-on experience with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of five years of experience in similar positions in IT service companies with a successful track record in developing both direct B2B sales and strategic partner channels
    • Technical expertise in IT infrastructure principles, understanding of network architecture, dedicated servers, CDN, and cloud services (preferred)
    • In-depth expertise in B2B sales and marketing, knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
    • Experience in attracting and developing partners (resellers, integrators, IT providers)
    • Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations for corporate clients and partners, capable of conveying the value and benefits of the product
    • Experience in managing sales budgets and partner development, with a focus on efficient resource utilization and achieving business goals
    • Proficiency in English
    • Willingness to travel regularly, particularly within Europe
