    Requirements:

    • Execute top to bottom funnel journey (awareness=>activation=>conversion=>retention), measuring performance of each stage of the funnel;
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using real-time data to optimise budgets and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CAC, CPP and customer lifetime value;
    • Conduct regular A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages, and use insights to refine acquisition strategies;
    • Oversee allocation and optimisation of marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and scalability (always measuring ROAS);
    • Adjust campaign parameters based on performance analytics to maximise profitability and growth potential;
    • Collaborate closely with other departments to align user acquisition strategies with broader marketing and business goals;
    • Present actionable insights based on performance metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement across campaigns.

    About the project:

    This project involves managing financial assets owned by the company. It utilizes machine-learning models that operate on data ingested from third-party APIs. The process includes ELT (extract, load, transform), data modeling in Snowflake using DBT, training ML models using AWS SageMaker, running predictions, and storing predictions back in Snowflake.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems;
    • Participate in designing the service to be cloud-native;
    • Automate build/deployment of service, ship code to production (CI/CD);
    • Monitor and measure systems for performance, load & capacity planning;
    • Deploy infrastructure-as-сode;

    • Terraform is used as a main IaC tool with small injections of CloudFormation.

    • DevOps Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to onboarding new tenants, implementing infrastructure changes, and adjusting or creating scripted automation based on predefined templates. The role focuses on configuring and adapting existing solutions rather than designing new systems from scratch. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, automation scripting, and cloud-based deployment processes is essential.
    • DevOps specialist will be joining team distributed across US and Europe with already established development process, regular plannings, sync ups and sprints.
    • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support critical incidents and ensure high system availability.
