    Responsibilities:  

    • Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on one's doubts.  
    • Become familiar with the software under test and any other software related to it.  
    • Understand the master test plan and/or the project plan.

    • Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses, delivering actionable insights into key business areas
    • Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends
    • Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making
    • Act as a lead analyst, gaining deep insights into the JustAnswer audience to inform strategic decisions.
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
    • Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling
    • Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
    • Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
    • Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, or Hypothesis Testing, with proven ability to analyze results.
    • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Design and implement complex infrastructure projects using IaC and best practices. 
    • Build and improve automation pipelines for software development lifecycle. 
    • Participate in systems performance tuning, work on platform high availability.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced System Administrator to join our Vinnytsia office. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, maintaining security, and supporting our teams to deliver the best solutions to our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with our global and local teams.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • System Administration: Oversee, maintain, and optimize on-site and cloud-based IT infrastructure, ensuring peak performance and uptime.
    • Network Management: Manage internal networks, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
    • Security Enforcement: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company and customer data.
    • User Support: Provide technical assistance to team members, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
    • Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT equipment in the office.
    • Software Deployment: Manage the installation, updates, and integration of company software.

    • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
      • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP,  Azure, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, etc.
      • Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers).
      • Experience setting up and working with Grafana for monitoring and visualization.
      • Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
      • Basic database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

    • Terraform: Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform.
    • Helm: Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
    • Kubernetes: Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
    • RabbitMQ: Familiarity with RabbitMQ for message queuing and asynchronous processing.
    • Postgres DB: Experience managing and optimizing Postgres databases.
