We buy media on Google and Meta, run our own funnels, VSLs, and advertorials, and we move fast.

We're now building out a senior media buying team — and we're looking for the person who will lead it.

THE ROLE

This is not a junior position. We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer / Team Lead — someone who has personally scaled aggressive direct response campaigns, knows what profitable looks like at real spend levels, and is ready to build and lead a buying team from the ground up.

Your main battlegrounds:

Google Performance Max (PMax) — scaling US e-commerce / gadget offers with Google Shopping products. This is the core focus of the role. You should know PMax inside out: product feed strategy, Shopping setup, asset group structure, signal engineering, how to feed the algorithm what it needs, and how to scale without killing ROAS.

Nutra VSLs — aggressive direct response funnels for the US health & wellness market. You know how VSL traffic behaves, how to keep accounts alive, and how to scale winners hard.

Bizopp VSLs & Advertorials — business opportunity offers running through video sales letters and advertorial pre-sells on Meta and Google.

Quiz Funnels (Genesis style) — 50-page quiz funnels in the Genesis style running on Meta. If you've bought traffic to Genesis-style funnels, you know exactly what we mean.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own campaign strategy, launch, optimization, and scaling on Google (PMax, Search, YouTube) and Meta
• Scale winning campaigns aggressively while protecting margins
• Analyze funnels end-to-end: creative → LP/advertorial → VSL → checkout — and tell us where the money is leaking
• Own creative strategy: work with our creative and funnel teams on angles, hooks, and testing roadmaps
• Run market intelligence with spy tools — analyse what's winning, decide what we clone and adapt, and direct the team accordingly
• Build the media buying team: define processes, hire, onboard, and lead buyers as we grow
• Report on the numbers that matter: spend, ROAS, CPA, LTV — no vanity metrics

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven, hands-on experience scaling Google PMax with Google Shopping products for US e-commerce — you can show real results
• Strong direct response background on Meta and Google in aggressive verticals (nutra, bizopp, or similar)
• Experience with VSL funnels, advertorial pre-sells, and quiz funnels (Genesis style is a big plus)
• Deep understanding of unit economics: ROI, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, payout structures
• Experience managing significant monthly budgets
• Senior mindset: you take ownership, make decisions with data, and don't need hand-holding

What this job actually is:
You'll cut direct-response ads for our brands — vertical video, primarily Meta and TikTok, built to stop the scroll and sell.
Our Creative Director writes the concept, sometimes loosely, sometimes very specifically. From there it's a conversation: you'll push back, bring your own angles, and shape how the idea actually gets made. The strongest ideas we run usually don't survive first contact with an editor unchanged, and that's the point.

Why this role is different from most editing jobs:
Most editors deliver a file and never find out whether it worked.
Here, your work goes live with real advertising spend behind it, and within days you'll know exactly how it performed — how many people watched past the hook, how many bought. You'll see your ideas tested against real customers spending real money, at a scale most editors never get access to.

That feedback loop is the whole reason this job is worth having. You'll get better faster than you would anywhere else, because you'll actually know what works instead of guessing.

To be clear about the model: most ads lose. That's expected, and it's how this works — we run a lot of ideas to find the few that break out. Nobody gets blamed for a test that didn't hit. What we care about is that you keep generating ideas and keep sharpening them. When one does break out, everyone knows it was yours.

One honest note: the format is repetitive. You'll be making a lot of vertical ads in similar structures. • Assemble UGC and influencer footage into ads that hold attention past the 3-second drop-off
• Build subtitles, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design that serve the message
• Turn around revision rounds within 24 hours
• Bring your own angles and variations — especially on ads that are already winning
• Adapt winners into new formats, lengths, and platform cuts

• You've edited paid social ads — Meta or TikTok — for DTC or eCommerce brands. Not just YouTube, not just brand or corporate work.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro or After Effects (or both)
• You can name what makes a hook work and why an ad loses viewers at second three
• You have opinions about what makes an ad work, and you're willing to argue for them
• Written English strong enough for async work — most of our communication is written, across time zones

We are looking for a Head of Information Security to lead and strengthen our Information Security function across governance, engineering, and security operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring the continuous development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and the organization's readiness to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats.

What You'll Accomplish (First 6–12 Months)

• Ensure continued NIST compliance for DOT Chain and define the roadmap for future security initiatives, including platforms such as Azure AI Foundry.
• Strengthen the security posture of IT Enterprise by implementing and maintaining NIST security controls, establishing regular risk assessments, exception management, and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Build a high-performing security organization with defined OKRs, KPIs, resource planning, and performance management.
• Enhance Azure-based Security Operations by improving monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, identity governance, and RBAC.
• Lead Red Team and Purple Team exercises (including ransomware readiness and identity compromise scenarios) and translate findings into engineering improvements.
• Establish vendor security governance, including security assessments, NDA/SLA/DPA requirements, and third-party security audits.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead both Information Security Governance (ISMS, Risk & Compliance) and Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Information Security team through structured performance management, OKRs, and individual development plans.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, IT, Product, and business stakeholders to prioritize security initiatives and protect critical services.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and risk registers.
• Lead internal and external security audits and coordinate remediation activities.
• Drive the organization's transition toward NIST-based security practices while maintaining alignment with ISO 27001 where required.
• Own Incident Response Plans (IRP), post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Ukrainian legislation related to information security and personal data protection.

Security Engineering & Operations

• Oversee enterprise security technologies, including:

Application Security & Secure SDLC

• Strengthen application security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive Threat Modeling, Security Architecture Reviews, DevSecOps practices, automated code scanning (SAST/DAST), SBOM generation, and CI/CD security.
• Integrate Red/Purple Team findings into engineering roadmaps and development practices.

Vendor Security

• Evaluate and audit third-party vendors integrated with DOT Chain.
• Establish and maintain supplier security requirements, including NDA, SLA, DPA, and third-party security assessments.

Strategy, Reporting & Budget

• Report regularly to executive leadership on security posture, KPIs, risks, vulnerability remediation, and incident readiness.
• Own the Information Security budget and define a 12–18 month security roadmap with prioritized initiatives and measurable business value.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years leading Information Security teams and security programs.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise Information Security strategies and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Red Team/Purple Team exercises, attack simulations, ransomware preparedness, and identity compromise scenarios.
• Strong experience implementing and maintaining NIST Cybersecurity Framework and/or ISO 27001.
• Experience building or managing Security Operations (SOC/SecOps), incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
