Media Buyer (Adult/Entertainment/Performance)

We are looking for a Media Buyer
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of key ad campaigns (launch, optimization, and scaling)
- Deep performance analysis: identifying drops, diagnosing issues, and taking immediate action
- Regular reporting, performance forecasting, and budget/balance control
- Collaboration with creative teams: setting briefs, testing creatives, and analyzing performance
- Communication with clients and contractors/vendors
- Identifying opportunities to expand advertising budgets and developing existing partnerships
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of core ad formats: banners, pre-rolls, influencer/streamer integrations, special projects, etc.
- Experience launching ad campaigns in Adult and Movie/Entertainment sources across global GEOs
- Understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, Reach, Frequency, ROI)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with CRM systems and internal tracking/reporting tools
- Strong communication skills, strict adherence to deadlines, and attention to budget tracking
Goals:
- Launch and scale ad campaigns on Adult and Streaming/Movie resources for target GEOs using display & video formats
- Adapt creatives in close collaboration with the design team
- Master internal reporting tools, CRM systems, workflow processes, and cross-team communication (Design, Media, Copywriting)
- Establish full operational control over deadlines, budgets, and spend tracking
