Looking for a visionary Backend Team Leader to spearhead a newly formed high-performance engineering squad. Responsibilities:

• Design the pipeline from input processing to generation and streaming.
• Implement file processing and context preparation.
• Build semantic search and summarization using embeddings and vector databases.

• Design agent architectures (roles, context management, JSON Patch updates).
