What you'll do
 

You'll own the AI side of every customer. Most of the work is prompt engineering, building, debugging, and improving the prompts that drive every conversation our agents have.
 

• Build new AI agents for every law firm we onboard, listen to how they take intake today, then design the prompts, tools, and flows that replicate it better.
• Debug live agents.
• Run test suites against every prompt change before it ships
• Listen to real call transcripts daily, find patterns across firms, propose product improvements
• Own the prompt library and the patterns that make our agents reliable at scale
• Work directly with me (Ivan, founder) on every meaningful product call
   

You'll talk to law firm owners and lawyers, learn how legal intake actually works, and turn that into prompts that ship.

Most days will be prompts and transcripts. Some days you'll write small scripts, automations, or tools to make the work faster, being able to code is a real plus, but not required.

The role is focused on backend operations, catalog integrity, listing health, compliance, and operational problem-solving inside Amazon Seller Central.

This is not a classic Amazon Account Manager role — this is a hands-on operational ownership position.

About the Role

We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for an Engineering Lead to design the architecture, drive technical execution, and build the engineering team from the ground up. You will be responsible for scalable, high‑load systems that integrate dozens (and later hundreds) of game providers while ensuring reliability, security, and performance for international operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and engineering roadmap of the aggregator platform.

Job Description

- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Compute Engine, and Monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience in building, testing, and deploying robust ETL/ELT pipelines in production
- Experience developing data quality frameworks, including automated tests, cross-dataset validations, and anomaly detection across diverse data assets

Job Responsibilities

- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable data pipelines using Python,SQL, DBT, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
- Contributing to the development and evolution of our data quality framework, ensuring robust automated testing and cross-dataset validation across all critical data assets
- Writing and optimizing advanced SQL to power data models, analytics, and reporting pipelines, with a focus on performance and efficiency within BigQuery
- Developing and maintaining DBT models, including testing, documentation, incremental loading strategies, and the creation of reusable macros
- Supporting day-to-day incident and ticket resolution, including root cause analysis and documentation of runbooks/SOPs to drive platform reliability
- Working with APIs and external data sources to extract, normalize, and integrate new datasets into the platform
