Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring clear communication and timely execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate with partners, agencies, and internal teams to drive project success
- Provide regular project updates to the CEO and C-Level
- Manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle email correspondence and ensure efficient communication flow
- Prepare and manage documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide support to the CEO and C-Level with other organizational tasks
Competences:
- 1 years of proven experience in Project Coordination, Administration, or Operations.
- Commercial experience in IT or tech projects is a strong plus.
