MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾

- To acquire some technical and end-user understanding of our products so you can respond to customers quickly and accurately (don't worry, we will provide the training).

- To report on common issues and flag anything urgent.

- To approach customers proactively about select promotions.

- To support with some translations as our "go-to" native speaker.

- Be fluent in written and spoken English (this is the official office language).

- Be interested in learning about iGaming and increasing your tech knowledge.

- Be ready to work different shifts: our Customer Support Department operates 24/7 (three shifts — morning 7:00—15:00, day 15:00—23:00, and night 23:00—7:00 UA time). Be prepared to have three night shifts per week (out of five working days).

• Develop automated tests for Boot Firmware and associated software for ARM Cortex-M MCUs
• Develop test strategy, test plans and test cases
• Implement test firmware projects (C language)
• Develop Python test scripts to validate the firmware and control automated test equipment
• Set up continuous integration systems to run tests (GitLab CI/CD)
• Analyze test metrics and improve firmware quality

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

 

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics/programming or similar fields
• 1-3 years of experience with Embedded systems
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M Microcontroller
• Expertise in Python; proficiency in C; Bash scripting experience is a plus
• Experience with Test Plan/Test case Development, and test methodologies is a plus
• Working knowledge of electronics and experience with GitLab CI/CD is a plus
• Fluency in English

Your goal is to demonstrate clear ROI and convert free users into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of high-potential leads, following up effectively to maximize conversion rates.
• Analyze freelancer performance metrics before the call to identify pain points and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct high-impact video consultations with the primary goal of converting freelancers into Seller Plus subscribers.
• Position Seller Plus features (e.g., Advanced Analytics, Repeat Buyer Coupons) not just as “tools,” but as the solution to freelancers’ specific performance problems.
• Own the sales cycle from the initial video meeting to the final subscription activation, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly conversion quotas.
• Shift the conversation from “optimizing a Gig” to “investing in a business,” effectively overcoming price objections by demonstrating long-term value.
• Act as the “voice of the market” by documenting and sharing sales insights with the Product and Marketing teams to refine our value proposition.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years in SDR or Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Gig Economy or SaaS experience.
• Excellent English: B2/C1.
