What you’ll actually do:

• Own features end-to-end: from specs to deployment to fixing bugs
• Use Claude Code to generate SvelteKit frontend and Golang backend code
• Review AI output for quality and architectural fit
• Fix bugs to learn our codebase, then rapidly build new features
• Make quick decisions on what to build vs buy vs generate with AI
• Talk to customers when they report issues and ship fixes the same day

Role Purpose

Lead and manage relationships with VIP clients to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. Deliver a personalized and high-touch experience for VIP players, driving activation, reactivation, retention, and revenue growth through strategic account management and tailored offers. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
Education/Background: Formal training in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields

is helpful but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio.

Software: Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus Premiere Pro (or a similar video editing tool). Knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics is a bonus.

We are looking for Senior Python Engineer to join out team.

About the project: The project is dedicated to building an AI-driven solution to transform paper documents (in the tax services domain) into digital form using Microsoft’s IDP service.

Responsibilities:

• Build robust and scalable software using Python
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Refactor and review code
• Collaborate with the development team in their everyday activities
• Design tests for automated build and test pipelines
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Work closely with stakeholders on the architecture of the application and requirements clarification
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translate them into a pragmatic and effective technical solution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Python development
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices
• Solid knowledge of FastAPI, SqlAlchemy, Pydantic, Poetry, asyncio, Azure SDK, DIContainers
• Familiarity and preferably expertise with Azure: AKS, Message Bus, Azure Functions
• Clear understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Document intelligence
• Experience with AI OCR capabilities (Deepseek OCR)
