About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NLP & AI Software Engineer to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge AI-powered solutions for document analysis, semantic search, and knowledge graph construction. You will contribute to the development of an advanced platform that integrates NLP, semantic relation extraction, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and alerting strategies to support proactive incident detection and response;Automate observability infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes Operators, following Infrastructure-as-Code best practices;
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD) and integrate observability checks into deployment workflows;
• Empower product teams to adopt proactive incident prevention strategies, shifting focus from reactive resolution;Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to align observability with platform reliability, performance, and compliance goals.
   

ABOUT YOU:

• Background in backend engineering is a must;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring and observability systems in production environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic cloud, Sentry, New Relic);
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, with proven experience deploying and maintaining services in containerized infrastructure;
• Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python and/or Node.js, including Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm);
• Solid understanding of AWS service and core networking concepts (DNS, ports, protocols);
• Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows;
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex production and monitoring issues using logs, metrics, traces, alerting logic, and observability dashboards;
• Clear and calm communication skills, especially during incidents or when working with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Engineering);

• Background in engineering roles.

The DBA team manages database availability, security, and performance, ensuring data integrity and efficient access. They handle backups and user permissions while providing proactive support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain database systems, ensuring high availability and reliability tailored to each end user’s role
• Implement databases aligned with specific user information needs and operational requirements
• Define user permissions and facilitate precise data distribution, ensuring timely and accurate access
• Leverage high-speed transaction recovery techniques and establish regular data backups to ensure data integrity
• Minimize database downtime, tuning parameters to maximize query performance and responsiveness
• Provide both proactive and reactive data management support to ensure uninterrupted operations

REQUIREMENTS

• System Proficiency: Experience with GNU/Linux server environments
