Jobs at Djinni

VitaUp is an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry, actively growing its e-commerce business across global markets. Our brands compete alongside established market leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist who will manage the import of dietary supplements into the US market — from supplier and customs compliance to on-time delivery into our warehouses and Amazon fulfillment network.

This is a Middle-level role — not a junior logistics-coordinator position. We need someone who understands the full mechanics of US supplement imports, not just tracks shipments.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and import of dietary supplements — from supplier coordination to delivery at destination (3PL / Amazon FBA).
• Ensure compliance with US import requirements for supplements: FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration, and related documentation.
• Review HTS/HS code classification, duties, and landed-cost calculations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers (sea and air) and manage the full documentation flow: purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, COA.
• Work with suppliers on production timelines, quality control, and packaging/labeling specs (Supplement Facts panel).
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts.
• Identify and address risks in the supply chain (delays, customs holds, quality issues) and propose solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain status and cost/efficiency metrics for management.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or import operations, ideally with dietary supplements or another FDA-regulated product category.
• Solid understanding of US import processes: customs clearance, HTS classification, duties, and supplement-specific compliance (FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration).
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
• Experience with Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central, FBA) is a strong advantage; experience with other marketplaces or purely B2B/wholesale supply chains is also welcome.
• Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with supply chain or inventory-planning tools is a plus.
• English — B2, sufficient for working with international suppliers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to manage multiple shipments/suppliers in parallel.

Nice to have

• Direct experience sourcing from China-based manufacturers (negotiation, QC checkpoints, COA review).
• Knowledge of supplement labeling regulations (Supplement Facts, FDA requirements).
• Experience with recognized US 3PLs (e.g., ShipBob, ShipMonk, ShipCalm).
• Understanding of Section 301 tariffs and duty-optimization strategies.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation, depending on experience.
• The opportunity to join an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry and gain Hands-on experience with US import compliance, e-commerce logistics, and marketplace operations
• Ownership of real supply chain decisions, not just operational execution.
• Opportunities for professional growth within an international, fast-scaling business.

As Stormotion grows and new projects come in, we’re looking for someone to help us find more talented people and guide them through our hiring process.

Ukraine-based role

Stormotion is a Mobile & Web Development Company focused on Fitness, HealthTech & IoT projects for startups and SME businesses in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia and USA.

Your role will be:

• Searching, pre-screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles, including React Native, Back-end, designers, lead generation specialists, copywriters, and others;
• Building and testing sourcing approaches across LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, and other channels;
• Maintaining candidate databases and keeping recruitment data accurate and up to date;
• Gradually taking ownership of vacancies end-to-end: from clarifying the role requirements to coordinating interviews and collecting feedback.
• Supporting HR-related tasks and team activities during periods when recruitment workload is lower.

To join the team you need:

• 1+ years in talent sourcing, proven success cases, and readiness to run candidate interviews;
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and software development processes;
• A human-oriented mindset, healthy communication style, and genuine interest in finding the right people;
• Strong presentation and communication skills (because you will create the first impression of the company for candidates);
• Attention to detail, proactivity, curiosity, and a structured approach to candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment metrics;
• Being digitally native (tools, spreadsheets, databases, and recruitment-related platforms);
• Experience in running interviews to check candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit (would be a plus);
• An educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (would be a plus);

What we offer:

• Healthy community where every person and their ideas matter;
• Supportive environment of professionals that value quality above quantity;
• 24 paid vacation days (21 + 3 Ukrainian public holidays) and 10 paid recharge days;
• Donor Day-off and Birthday holiday;
• Flexible working hours with the opportunity to work from your Ukraine-based home office;
• Professional study compensation, including online courses, meetups, and webinars;
• Coverage of Fitness Activities and Music Streaming Services.

P.s. When applying for this role, please share a success case where you found the right candidate for a specific role (role, channel, approach, result).

About the role
You own the technical delivery of small, AI-driven client engagements. You take a reasonably shaped backlog and turn it into shipped software through AI agents and skills you design, plus any supporting developers and QA. Requirements come from a PO/BA or the client.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Design and write the project's own AI agents and skills (Codex, Claude Code or comparable), not just prompt off-the-shelf tools.
• Choose and combine agents, skills and models to fit the project's business and technical goals, and keep changing that setup as the project evolves.
• Own build, test and release execution, directing agents and people day to day.
• Turn a validated backlog into an executable delivery plan without every detail spelled out.
• Unblock stalled delivery by triaging large backlogs at speed — days, not weeks.
• Work with the PO or client to keep delivery aligned with business goals, and push back on work that doesn't serve the release.
• Track and report scope, schedule, quality and risk, both to the client and internally.

• Raise the team's baseline by mentoring developers and QA on agent-driven delivery.

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years in software delivery, technical program management or engineering leadership, with direct accountability for shipping.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building custom agents and skills for real delivery work, with concrete examples of an agent setup you designed and what it shipped.
• A hands-on engineering background, not only process management.
• Strong SDLC, QA and release fundamentals.
• Clear communication of status and risk to non-technical stakeholders.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to have

• Experience with small, high-autonomy pod delivery.
• Stack fit for the target engagement, specified per project.

N-iX is looking for a Senior/Tech Lead QA Engineer with AI experience to join our team.

We're looking for a hands-on  Senior/Tech Lead QA Engineer who can cover the full testing spectrum: UI, API, and AI/ML output validation. You'll be joining a project building an AI-powered document analysis platform from the ground up. The system combines a CMS backend, modern UI, and a RAG-based AI layer used for intelligent document processing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow a phased QA approach — begin with CMS and backend testing to establish a reliable baseline of expected system behavior, then apply those insights to validate AI agent outputs effectively
• Design and execute test cases for REST APIs, covering functional correctness, edge cases, error handling, authentication, and data integrity
• Perform UI testing across core user journeys, validating layout, behavior, and integration with backend services
• Transition into AI output validation once the deterministic layers are stable — using your knowledge of business rules to identify inconsistencies, hallucinations, or degraded outputs in agent responses
• Document and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports in a structured and traceable way
• Participate in requirement reviews and technical discussions to identify testability gaps early
• Collaborate with the Lead Big Data/AI Engineer and AI team to understand RAG pipeline behavior, document ingestion flows, and output quality expectations
• Contribute to building reusable test assets and QA processes as the project scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA, with exposure to frontend, backend and AI testing
• Solid experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Client, or similar
• Experience testing web UIs and understanding of cross-browser/cross-environment considerations
• Ability to read and interpret API documentation, data schemas, and system architecture descriptions
• Hands-on experience working on projects that included AI, ML, or NLP components — particularly validating outputs that are probabilistic or context-dependent
• Familiarity with the concept of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or LLM-based systems
• Strong analytical thinking — especially the ability to assess whether an AI response is contextually correct, not just technically non-null
• Good understanding of test documentation practices: test plans, test cases, bug reports, traceability

We offer*:

• Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
• A competitive salary and good compensation package
• Personalized career growth
• Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)
• Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
• Education reimbursement
• Memorable anniversary presents
• Corporate events and team buildings
• Other location-specific benefits

*not applicable for freelancers

About the job

This role turns commercial and market data into decisions at a fast-growing IoT connectivity company.

As Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will own the analysis behind Onomondo's commercial choices: who we target, where our addressable market is, and how our segments perform. Your work helps Onomondo continuously refine its GTM segmentation.

You will report to Petar Samardzija and join the Commercial Excellence team. You will work alongside an analytics engineer who is building the infrastructure behind our live reporting.

The role has two halves.

Recurring commercial reporting

• Monitor commercial funnel performance across segments, geographies and verticals.
• Catch trends timely and advice on over performing and under performing segment.
• You are responsible for a variety of reporting on commercial performance.

Market and segment insights

• Define and maintain our lead prioritisation mechanisms.
• Maintain and improve TAM/SAM/SOM models by vertical and country.
• Analyse performance across segments, and show where we are over- or under-represented against the market.
• Own the internal market definitions and tracking so the whole commercial organisation uses one version of the truth.
• Turn the analysis into clear recommendations for GTM teams.
• Monitor markets for regulatory changes, growth of the new use cases etc.

This is you

• Professional proficiency in English.
• [2–4] years in commercial analytics, RevOps or a similar analytical role.
• Strong CRM analytics: you know the data model, and you know where its numbers can mislead.
• Hands-on experience with structured market sizing, bottom-up and top-down, with assumptions you can defend.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using LLM tools in your day-to-day analysis.
• You enjoy both building a clean recurring report and working through an open-ended market question.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, telecom, IoT or other recurring-revenue businesses is an advantage.

As a person, you are sceptical of data in a healthy way, structured, and commercially curious. You communicate clearly to non-analysts, and you care about getting the number right more than getting it out fast.

What we offer

• Adherecnce to Ukrainian holidays
• 25 vacation days
• Sick leave without doctor’s note
• 100% remote work
• Flexibility of hours worked

What you can expect

Our process is short and fully online:

1. Pre-screening call (15 min) with Masha [Team Lead Ukraine]. A quick introduction to the role and to you.
2. Screening call (20 min) with Petar and Andrii[Analytics engineer]. A closer look at your background, motivation and how you work with data.
3. Skills & competencies interview (45 min) with Petar and Andrea[Director of Strategy and GTM]. A hands-on conversation around a commercial analytics case covering HubSpot data, segmentation and market sizing.

We aim to give you feedback within 5 working days after each step.

About Onomondo

You know that rental bike you unlocked with your phone this morning? Or the tracker on your dog's collar that tells you he's two streets away, again? Neither of those works without a network connection. Onomondo is the layer that makes sure the data actually gets through.

We're the infrastructure behind the Internet of Things (IoT). Companies building connected products come to us for the connectivity that keeps their devices online, anywhere in the world, and for the platform where they manage, monitor, and troubleshoot it themselves.

If this sounds like you, apply with your CV and a short motivation at the top. We review applications on an ongoing basis.
