Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Ukraine team and parent company to gather requirements, set goals, and meet deadlines
• Work closely with the Web UI developer
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new products and components
• Develop data server components for web applications and some desktop client applications
• Maintain and enhance existing products
• Research and evaluate new technologies as needed
   

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Borland/Embarcadero Delphi 2010—XE8 or newer (VCL, WinAPI, Multithreading, Windows & Web services)
• Strong OOP knowledge and proven experience in client—server application development
• Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle is a plus)
• Familiarity with DevExpress and RemObjects components is welcome
• Ability to research, analyze tasks, and propose implementation concepts independently
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
• Solid understanding of UI best practices
• Knowledge of secure coding principles (Positive Security Model, OWASP)
