    We already have our technical leadership in place. Now, we are looking for a highly autonomous Senior Engineer who loves "getting their hands dirty" with complex agentic logic and scaling our AI platform.

     

    The Role: Builder First

    This position is for those who are passionate about coding and want to remain in a technical, individual contributor role. We need a "crafter" who enjoys diving into agent architectures, optimizing RAG pipelines, and writing high-performance code without the distraction of people management or "ivory tower" meetings.


    Our Stack: Python (FastAPI, AsyncIO), LangChain / LangGraph, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop AI Agents: Design and implement complex, stateful workflows using LangGraph.
    • Hands-on Engineering: Serve as a primary contributor to the core Python codebase. We expect daily commits and rapid iteration.
    • Production-Grade AI: Work on agent reliability, mitigate hallucinations, manage agent memory systems, and build robust evaluation loops.
    • Integrations: Connect AI agents with gaming metrics, store APIs (App Store/Google Play), and ad platform dashboards.
    • Performance Tuning: Optimize LLM usage for latency and cost-efficiency.


    Requirements

    • Python Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in Python. Deep expertise in AsyncIO, Pydantic, and FastAPI.
    • AI/LLM Expertise: Proven experience with LangChain or LangGraph (essential). You understand the transition from simple prompts to complex, autonomous agentic reasoning.
    • Solid Engineering Foundation: Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, event-driven systems (NATS/Kafka), and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).

    We don't use "out-of-the-box" solutions. We build our own logic to handle heavy complexity. If you prefer solving technical puzzles rather than integrating standard plugins, this is your place.

     

    ⚠️ THE CULTURE (Read this first): We are a US-based startup in an aggressive growth phase. We are looking for a Founding Engineer mindset.

    • Intensity: We work with the US market. Late evening calls (European time) are standard to sync with the founders.
    • Ownership: You don't just "close tickets." You own the feature from the database architecture to the UI. If the Gate System goes down on a Saturday night during a festival, you are the one helping to fix it.
    • No "Code Monkeys": We discuss business goals. You need to understand why we are building a feature. If a requirement doesn't make sense technically, we expect you to push back and propose a better solution.

     

    Tech Stack: React, Remix, Tailwind UI, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (TypeORM), GCP infrastructure.

     

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in the Node.js/React ecosystem.
    • Modern Stack Mastery: You are proficient with NestJS on the backend and React/RemixTailwind UI on the frontend.
    • Architectural Grit: Experience building custom complex systems (booking engines, CRM, logistics). You know how to design database schemas (PostgreSQL/TypeORM) that won't break under load.
    • Integrations: Experience with payment processors (Stripe, etc.) andβ€”cruciallyβ€”an interest in working with hardware integrations (printers, scanners, IoT).
    • US Startup Availability: You are comfortable working late hours and staying responsive during critical festival launches.
    • Mobile Awareness: Knowledge of mobile development (React Native) is a plus.
    • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher. You must be able to explain complex technical trade-offs to the founders.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Engineer the Core: Design and develop the backend and frontend for the Ticketing Platform.
    • Solve Hard Problems: Implement logic for Reserved Seating, interactive maps, and complex order flows.
    • Hardware & Gate Logic: Write code that interacts with the physical world (scanning tickets, printing).
    • Performance: Optimize the app to handle traffic spikes during ticket sales drops.
    • Quality & DevOps: Write testable code, manage CI/CD pipelines, and deploy to GCP. You break it, you fix it.

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Design different types of digital products, incl. websites and mobile apps
    • Create user flows, prototypes, MVPs
    • Prepare final assets for the development team
    • Update and redesign according to the client’s feedback
    • Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
    • Propose product design improvements and provide alternative solutions

    Qualifications and skills:

     

    • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
    • Solid experience in conducting Discovery phase, requirements gathering
    • Experience in user interviews and usability testing
    • Solid communication and presentation skills
    • Good practical skills in professional design tools such as Figma (components, autolayouts, variables, prototyping)
