Requirements for a Candidate:

• 4+ years of product management experience.

🎯 Role Overview
PaySaxas is not looking for a strategy-only executive. The Head of Business is expected to operate close to execution, maintain cross-functional ownership, and ensure operational consistency across the full client lifecycle. Success in this role requires the ability to scale revenue, partnerships, and infrastructure without compromising operational control, onboarding quality, risk standards, or client experience.
 

The ideal candidate is a builder-operator with strong commercial judgment, an infrastructure mindset, and the ability to execute dynamically within a regulated fintech environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Building the Commercial Function from Scratch: Take full ownership of designing, establishing, and launching the company's commercial infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Affiliate, and Account Management within an early-stage environment.
• Marketing & Market Positioning: Oversee marketing strategies to support the market positioning and commercial expansion of PaySaxas' core financial infrastructure products. Align marketing
  initiatives with sales efforts to establish a scalable go-to-market (GTM) and revenue framework.
• Strategic Partnerships & Infrastructure Expansion: Manage and develop strategic relationships with correspondent banks, crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, MSBs, and fintech platforms. Identify new banking routes and settlement capabilities to strengthen market positioning.
• Operational Governance: Establish clear operational accountability across the entire client lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, expansion). Eliminate operational silos and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Compliance.
• Team Development: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing, result-driven business team while maintaining hands-on operational involvement.

🛠 Required Skills and Qualifications

•  Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience within regulated fintech, payment providers, Banks, EMI, PSP, MSB, VASP/CASP, BaaS, embedded finance, or cross-border financial infrastructure
  environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of dedicated IBAN infrastructure, SEPA/SEPA Instant, SWIFT, safeguarding structures, correspondent banking, onboarding/KYB workflows, transaction
  flows, and regulated operational frameworks.
• Track Record: Measurable results in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Leadership & Execution: Strong operational leadership capabilities with the ability to implement scalable processes, OKR/KPI frameworks, reporting structures, ownership models, and execution discipline across teams.
• Product Commercialization: Experience in commercializing financial infrastructure products, including API-based solutions, BaaS platforms, payment rails, or embedded finance products.
•  Balancing Growth & Risk: Ability to balance commercial growth with compliance requirements, onboarding realities, and risk appetite considerations.
• Collaboration: Building strong collaborative relationships within the Business team and fostering clear and efficient cross-team collaboration.

• Languages: Upper-Intermediate in English and Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian.

What will you do?

• Lead and develop the internal HR & Recruitment team (3–5 people): set goals, run 1:1s, track performance.

• Partner with the Finance team to implement and communicate workplace regulations, including Diya.City frameworks.
• Lead the strategic groundwork for international talent acquisition by researching potential locations, working conditions, and contracting models for new offices abroad.
• Process ownership. Leverage AI tools and modern HRMS platforms to automate routine tasks, improve workflows, and enhance the overall employee experience.

• IT Leadership: 4+ years of total experience in HR and/or Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a solid IT leadership or Team Lead role.
• Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Ukrainian IT market — recruitment channels, compensation benchmarks, and vendor landscapes.
• Strategic HR Toolkit: Strong practical knowledge of compensation strategies, modern retention frameworks, and complete employee lifecycle management.

We are looking for a YouTube scriptwriter to research and write engaging English-language scripts for a channel about Thailand.

The channel covers life in Thailand, travel, culture, local experiences, practical information, real estate and other Thailand-related topics.

You do not need any prior knowledge or experience related to Thailand. We will provide the necessary information.

Responsibilities
 

1. Preparation, Research and Structure

• Research topics related to Thailand.
• Develop the video concept, narrative angle and structure.
• Structure each video to maintain viewer attention.
   

2. Scriptwriting

• Write 4-5 long-form YouTube scripts in English per month for videos approximately 10–20 minutes long.
• Write for a presenter speaking directly to the camera.
• Suggest B-roll, graphics, maps, sound cues and on-screen text.
• Add clear visual and editing notes for the video editor.
   

3. Post-Production Review

• Review the edited video during post-production.
• Check that the edit follows the approved script and intended narrative structure.
• Confirm that the proposed B-roll, graphics, maps, on-screen text and other visual elements have been implemented correctly.
• Identify missing, inaccurate or distracting visual elements.
• Provide clear and consolidated feedback to the video editor.
• Identify hooks and segments that can be repurposed into Shorts, Reels and TikTok videos.
  
  The exact script length will depend on the topic, but most videos will be approximately 12–20 minutes long.
  
  Requirements
• B2-C2 or native-level written English.
• Demonstrable experience writing long-form YouTube scripts.
• Understanding of YouTube storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience retention.
• Ability to write natural spoken English rather than formal articles.
• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with travel, lifestyle, documentary, educational or creator-led content is an advantage.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics, titles and thumbnails is an advantage.
