AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER

eCommerce · Amazon USA · Fully Remote

A role for an experienced specialist who wants to manage a portfolio independently and take on more than just executing checklists — including PPC strategy, compliance, and contributing to the development of the function.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a US-based eCommerce holding company with a portfolio of brands in baby, home & kitchen, and supplements. We operate in competitive Amazon niches and are building D2C infrastructure in parallel. We grow our portfolio without losing control over GP, ratings, and in-stock levels — through data, regular reporting, and clear areas of ownership. AI is part of our everyday work: PPC campaigns and daily statistics are already managed through AI agents, and this role involves direct participation in configuring them for account needs.

WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN

Account Management is where decisions from R&D and Branding turn into sales. Our portfolio is growing fast: 15 SKUs in the active pipeline, and the launch pace is increasing. We need an experienced person who can take full ownership of a significant part of the portfolio without a mentoring period — and, as we grow, take part in building the Account Management function within the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Full management of part of the portfolio: listings, content, advertising, account health, inventory, unit economics. Independent decision-making within your area of responsibility, with escalation only for truly non-standard cases. The role involves not only execution but also proposing process improvements.

⚠ This role is not about launching a brand from scratch or product development — those areas belong to R&D. It's a fit if you have solid experience managing Amazon accounts and are ready to take full ownership of metrics without step-by-step supervision.

PERFORMANCE PROFILE

First 30 days — Onboarding and portfolio handover

• Study assigned SKUs, PPC campaigns, and account health history
• Conduct an independent portfolio audit: conversion, organic ranking, reviews, unit economics
• Establish working relationships with R&D, Creative/Brand, and the Performance team lead

60–90 days — Full autonomy

• Run the daily/weekly/monthly cycle without mentor supervision
• Manage PPC strategy for assigned SKUs (not just reading reports, but making decisions on budget and campaign structure)
• Own unit economics: margins, pricing, advertising budget allocation
• Participate in compliance support and resolving supplier issues

SUCCESS AFTER 6 MONTHS

• Account health — assigned SKUs consistently in the green zone for ODR, Late Shipment Rate, and Account Health Rating, with no missed escalations
• Autonomy — the full cycle runs without supervision; you set your own priorities and resolve non-standard situations
• PPC and unit economics — independent management of campaigns and budget with measurable results in TACOS/GP
• Process impact — at least 1–2 process improvements proposed and implemented in the department
• Growth — readiness to take on a larger portfolio, participate in hiring/mentoring junior specialists, or join new launches

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily

• Full control of account email, account health, shipments, reviews, and VOC
• Managing FBA inventory and stock-out/overstock risks
• Running and optimizing PPC campaigns, including structure and budget
• Monitoring Orders and Payments for anomalies

Weekly

• Preparing sales and PPC performance reports for the Performance department
• Updating stock and purchasing forecasts
• Competitor analysis and recommendations for strategy adjustments

Monthly

• Full unit economics analysis and adjustment of pricing/advertising strategy
• Returns analysis to identify fixable root causes
• Planning for the next month: content, variations, advertising approach

• Contributing to new launch ideas together with R&D

TOOLS

• Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10 — confident proficiency
• PPC tools and understanding of TACOS/ACOS/CPC at a decision-making level, not just report reading
• Google Sheets — advanced level (formulas, pivot tables)

• AI tools — hands-on experience with AI agents/scripts for automating routine work, not just basic chat

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

• 2+ years of experience in Amazon Account Management (not a PPC agency, not general digital marketing)
• Solid understanding of PPC strategy, compliance, FBA inventory, and unit economics
• Experience independently managing a SKU portfolio without step-by-step supervision
• English B2/C1 or higher (communication with customers and the team)

• Results-oriented mindset, not process for the sake of process

Nice to have:

• Experience with Walmart or TikTok Shops
• Experience mentoring junior specialists
• Interest in baby, home & kitchen, or supplements categories

• Experience setting up or working with AI agents for account management

  WHAT WE OFFER

• Fully remote work
• 27 paid days off per year
• Access to all professional and AI tools, with full participation in building AI agents
• Access to top eCommerce industry courses
• Clear processes and a decision framework, no micromanagement
• Direct impact on real metrics: GP, ratings, organic ranking, PPC efficiency

• Experience working at a US company, with real opportunities for growth within the team

CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT

Here you can speak openly when something isn't working. Mistakes are used to improve processes, not to find someone to blame. Decisions are made consistently and equally for everyone. Full autonomy in your work, with no micromanagement, in exchange for tangible results.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading enterprise data platform company building an open, high-performance data lakehouse for AI and analytical workloads. The platform combines an intelligent SQL query engine, an AI-ready semantic layer, and an open catalog built on Apache Iceberg — enabling Fortune 500 companies across finance, energy, manufacturing, and logistics to unify, query, and govern data at massive scale across cloud and on-premise sources.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for the team that owns the reliability and operational excellence of a large-scale data platform, delivered both as a cloud service and as self-managed software. You will work across the full platform — observability, security, control plane, and core services — diagnosing complex issues and delivering durable fixes across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, in close collaboration with product engineering, SRE, support, and field teams.

This is a backend platform engineering role focused on distributed systems reliability — not application development or CRUD services.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across cloud and self-managed deployments — distributed systems failures, performance degradation, and reliability incidents
• Own bug fixes and targeted improvements across core services, control plane, security, and observability infrastructure
• Support automated deployment and integration frameworks that enable consistent, repeatable delivery across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
• Contribute to cluster lifecycle management, observability, and operational supportability capabilities
• Partner with SRE, support, and field teams to triage and resolve escalated customer issues
• Build runbooks, root cause analyses, and internal tooling that reduce time-to-resolution over time
• Collaborate with product engineering so that fixes are integrated back into the main codebase effectively.

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to open and own the Baltic and Polish markets for a European AI company specializing in video intelligence. This is a true 0-to-1 role: you'll build the local go-to-market from scratch and turn your existing network into the first deals in the region. Your main focus will be the civil sector, including municipalities, national police, and critical infrastructure operators, which is where most of the company's growth is expected to come from. You'll run complex sales with many stakeholders, often through public tenders, and balance direct sales to end customers with sales through channel partners and integrators. It's a hands-on, highly mobile role with lots of ownership and direct impact on the company's expansion. It's a great fit for a well-connected sales leader who enjoys entering new markets and building something from the ground up.

Details:
Schedule: Full time
Location: Hybrid; Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn preferred (Warsaw, Helsinki or Copenhagen also possible)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term
English: Fluent
Baltic language: Fluent Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian (required) - MUST

About the project:
The company is a fast-growing European AI company building advanced video intelligence solutions for the public and private sectors. Its technology helps organizations get real-time, useful insights from video to improve safety, security, and operations. The company is now expanding into the Baltic states and Poland and is hiring its first local business development leader to drive this growth. While the technology also has defence applications, the focus of this role is civil use cases, which are expected to make up around 80% of growth. The team combines strong AI expertise with a startup culture of speed, ownership, and close collaboration. This is a chance to set up a new market and help shape how AI video intelligence is used in the region.

You have:
- A proven B2B sales or business development track record in the Baltics
- Experience selling to civil sector clients such as municipalities, police, or critical infrastructure operators, or to channel partners and integrators
- An existing professional network in the Baltics and/or Poland with these types of buyers
- Experience leading 0-to-1 market entry or expansion into a new region
- A track record of running both direct sales to end customers and channel sales
- Recent, active deal traction (not only legacy, slow-moving public sector deals)
- A sales background that goes beyond the defence sector alone
- Fluency in at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian) and fluent English
- High mobility and willingness to travel across the region
- Nice to have: experience with public procurement processes and tenders
- Nice to have: background in video management software (VMS), video analytics, or security technology

What to do:
- Open and own the Baltic and Polish markets, building the go-to-market strategy from scratch
- Use your existing network to generate opportunities and close the first deals in the region
- Sell to civil sector organizations such as municipalities, national police, and critical infrastructure operators
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including public tenders
- Build and manage partnerships with channel partners and system integrators
- Balance direct sales and channel sales to grow revenue efficiently
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and with partners across the region
- Share market feedback with the product and leadership teams to help shape the offering for local needs

Please note: this is a networking vacancy for a potential project currently in pre-sale. The start date depends on the client's decision, and shortlisted candidates will be the first we contact once it's confirmed.

About the project
The potential project is a new enterprise accounting and ERP platform built from scratch on an "accountant-first" principle. Business events are recorded in operational registers, and a deterministic posting engine generates the General Ledger from them, so accountants can always see how every number was produced.

What you'll do

• Act as the client's accounting domain expert, working directly with their CFO and finance team.
• Turn accounting concepts (posting rules, control accounts, close process) into clear, testable requirements.
• Model processes (O2C, P2P, reconciliation, period-end close) and financial data structures.
• Specify posting rules, account mapping, validations, approval flows and access / SoD rules.
• Manage MVP scope and priorities with the PM.
• Prepare acceptance criteria and test scenarios with QA, using sample transactions.
• Run client workshops and discovery, and support pre-sale estimations (WBS).

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years as a BA, System Analyst or PO (4+ for Senior).
• 2+ years on FinTech projects, ideally accounting, ERP or core financial systems. A background as a functional consultant or accountant also counts.
• Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting: CoA, GL, journals, sub-ledgers, trial balance.
• Hands-on understanding of O2C, P2P, period-end close, bank reconciliation and financial statements.
• Familiarity with multi-currency (FX revaluation), VAT / withholding tax and financial controls (audit trail, maker-checker, SoD).
• Solid BA toolkit: workshops, BPMN / UML / ERD, Jira / Confluence, user stories and specifications.
• Understanding of system integrations and APIs, plus Agile experience on mid-size or large projects.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP / accounting systems: SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Odoo, Xero, 1C / BAS, etc.
• Experience designing posting engines, sub-ledgers or event-based accounting.
• IFRS / GAAP knowledge, or a finance or accounting degree.
• Experience with bank integrations (ISO 20022), multi-entity SaaS, or basic SQL.
• Pre-sale experience: requirements analysis, WBS, estimations.

What we offer:

Interesting, influential projects;
Long-term cooperation with a full-time involvement;
Flexible work schedule and Remote or hybrid cooperation;
Professional development with an individual plan of growth;
Stable salary and planned reviews;
Paid vacation and sick leave (21 vacations and 10 sick days);
Weekends on all public holidays;
Medical insurance package;
Corporate team building including trips;
Professional workshops and training;
Excellent team of dedicated professionals;
Development budget for each employee;
Corporate English;
Strong corporate culture.
