Junior Customer Support Agent (iGaming)

We're looking for Customer Support Agents to join our growing iGaming project. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting players with their questions via live chat, email, and phone
  • Helping customers with account-related inquiries, payments, bonuses, promotions, and general platform navigation
  • Investigating customer issues and working with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Providing friendly, professional, and accurate support while delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Following internal procedures and maintaining high-quality service standards
     

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus (especially in iGaming, e-commerce, or SaaS), but we're also happy to train motivated candidates
  • C1+ English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional when handling customer concerns
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts:
    • Morning: 07:00 โ€“ 15:00
    • Evening: 15:00 โ€“ 23:00
    • Night: 23:00 โ€“ 07:00 (night shifts include additional bonuses ๐Ÿ’ฐ)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
