We're looking for Customer Support Agents to join our growing iGaming project. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting players with their questions via live chat, email, and phone
- Helping customers with account-related inquiries, payments, bonuses, promotions, and general platform navigation
- Investigating customer issues and working with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Providing friendly, professional, and accurate support while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Following internal procedures and maintaining high-quality service standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus (especially in iGaming, e-commerce, or SaaS), but we're also happy to train motivated candidates
- C1+ English (both written and spoken) is required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling customer concerns
- Comfortable working rotating shifts:
- Morning: 07:00 โ 15:00
- Evening: 15:00 โ 23:00
- Night: 23:00 โ 07:00 (night shifts include additional bonuses ๐ฐ)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
