🚀 We're Hiring: CRO Specialist / Funnel Manager

We're a high-volume performance marketing company — and we're looking for someone who is obsessed with conversion data and knows how to act on it fast.

This isn't a "build pretty pages" role. We need a ruthless optimizer. Someone who lives inside tracker dashboards, runs aggressive A/B tests, and knows exactly when to cut a losing funnel and scale a winner.

What you'll own:
→ Daily management, setup, and optimization of landing pages, offers, and traffic flows inside Keitaro (or equivalent trackers like Voluum / Binom)
→ Formulate hypotheses, launch split tests (headlines, layout, CTA, angles), and decisively cut losers while scaling winners
→ Work directly with media buyers — align funnel adjustments with incoming traffic sources, angles, and target audiences
→ Feed performance data and market trends back to copywriters and designers to brief high-converting creative assets
→ Monitor core KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, CPA) and translate raw data into strategic creative briefs

You're the right fit if you have:
✅ Hands-on experience with Keitaro (highly preferred) or equivalent self-hosted/cloud affiliate trackers — redirect rules, lander protection, and postbacks are second nature to you
✅ A background in direct-response marketing, affiliate marketing, or high-volume media buying (brand marketers or corporate UX designers — this role is not for you)
✅ True data literacy — you can open a tracker dashboard or spreadsheet, spot statistically significant trends instantly, and make decisions without hand-holding

Bonus points if you have:
⭐ Basic front-end skills (HTML / CSS / JS) to make quick landing page tweaks without waiting on a developer
⭐ Experience with spy tools (Adspy, Anstrex, or similar) to track competitor funnel trends

The role requires strong hands-on experience with RF hardware, antennas, embedded systems, digital communications, and communication links operating in complex and interference-heavy environments.

• RF circuit and PCB design, controlled impedance, and impedance matching.

• Develop firmware for STM32-based radio modules, including transceiver drivers, protocol-layer functionality, and node synchronization.
• Build and maintain a link-budget model for the target system, including degraded and worst-case scenarios.
• Develop antenna solutions and ensure compatibility between multiple co-located radio systems.
• Contribute to mesh-network architecture, including channel parameters, node-loss behavior, network recovery, and fallback routing.
• Integrate the telemetry link with the flight controller via MAVLink.
• Define and execute laboratory and field validation campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in RF and wireless communication systems, with hardware that has been successfully brought to production or real-world deployment.
• Proven experience across the full development cycle:
  schematic → PCB layout → firmware → bring-up → field validation.
• Strong STM32 programming skills in C.
• Hands-on experience with antenna integration on compact or mobile platforms.
• Strong practical experience with RF measurement equipment.
• Solid understanding of digital communications sufficient to make engineering decisions regarding channel parameters and system architecture.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation in English.

The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support the design, development, validation, and productionization of an advanced forecasting solution. This is a hands-on role requiring strong statistical judgment, practical modeling experience, and the ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.

The successful candidate will work closely with data science, data engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the full modeling lifecycle, from exploratory analysis and model development to deployment, documentation, and handoff.
