Product-Minded Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js/React/Flutter)

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and work on an international product.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working across different parts of a product, can take ownership of tasks, communicate directly with technical stakeholders, and understands the broader product context rather than focusing only on individual tickets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product functionality across frontend, mobile, and backend
• Work with Node.js, React, Next.js, and Flutter
• Build and maintain functionality using PostgreSQL and Redis
• Take ownership of tasks and drive them from implementation to completion
• Understand how individual features fit into the product as a whole
• Collaborate directly with technical stakeholders on the client side
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to implementation decisions
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the development workflow
• Work independently and proactively identify potential issues and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the development process

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter
• Practical experience with Node.js
• Practical experience with React and Next.js
• Hands-on experience across the key technologies in the stack
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Product-oriented mindset and end-to-end understanding of features
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Open and proactive communication style
• Comfortable communicating directly with the client
• Good English for direct communication with technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis
• Experience with Cloudflare
• Experience working in product-oriented teams
• Experience collaborating directly with international clients
• Interest in football
