AI–Native Product Team

The Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on one of our new AI–native squads, you will own entire features from database to UI. Our stack runs on AWS with PHP/Laravel and Node.js/NestJS powering the backend services, and React with TypeScript on the frontend. You will be expected to leverage AI coding assistants, automated testing tools, and generative AI workflows as core parts of your daily process—not as occasional novelties.

We are looking for a data-driven User Acquisition Manager to drive scalable user acquisition and conversion optimization across our core paid channels — with a primary focus on Meta Ads, campaign A/B testing, and analytics.
 

As part of our team, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and creative team to optimize paid funnels, test performance hypotheses, and maximize ROAS — playing a critical role in scaling the most-funded app on Kickstarter and the #1 product in its category.
 

What you’ll be working on

• Run and scale Meta Ads (SKAN & Web) campaigns with performance budgets over $300K/month.
• Analyze funnel performance, LTV, CPA, and ROI to continuously improve user acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with creative team to produce and iterate on high-converting creatives.
• Own marketing analytics: work with tools like Amplitude, Appsflyer, and Campaignswell to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Research market trends and competitors, generate and test new growth hypotheses.
• Communicate results, bottlenecks, and ensure efficient collaboration with the dev team, R&D, and C-level executives.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have

• 1+ years in marketing roles focused on paid acquisition and conversion optimization.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and budgets of at least $100K/month.
• Experience with mobile apps or web-to-app funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, Tableau/Data Studio, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust.
• A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to move fast based on data.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

What you’ll be working on:

• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests across quiz funnels, monetization pages, and onboarding flows together with the Product and Development teams.
• Implement CRO strategies to improve conversion across web and app funnel touchpoints.
• Own marketing analytics using tools like Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and Campaignswell to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Research market trends and competitors to generate and validate new growth hypotheses.
• Build and optimize automated CRM journeys across email and push channels.
• Analyze CRM performance, user segmentation, and campaign results to continuously improve engagement and retention.
• Launch personalized, data-driven emails.
• Grow email into a measurable, attributable revenue channel.
• Launch push notification lifecycle programs for onboarding and at-risk users.
• Grow push opt-in rates on iOS and Android.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Onboarding Technician is responsible for guiding new customers through the setup, configuration, and successful adoption of Nextiva’s platform. This role combines customer support, technical configuration, and product training to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share
• Guide customers through login, configuration, and product functionality
• Configure accounts, call flows, and devices with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting
• Test configurations to ensure successful implementation
• Deliver customer training on features and product usage
• Meet daily productivity and performance metrics (appointments, call handling, completion rates)
• Handle both inbound onboarding calls and scheduled appointments
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams such as Sales, Product Support, CRM, and other internal groups to improve the overall customer experience
   

AI & Future-Focused Responsibilities

• Demonstrate interest in AI tools and automation in customer support/onboarding workflows
• Collaborate with AI-driven onboarding systems by handling escalations or edge cases AI cannot resolve
• Contribute insights to improve AI onboarding agents based on real customer scenarios
• Adapt to a future-state environment where onboarding is increasingly AI-assisted and backend-focused
   

Qualifications

• Proficient English (written and verbal communication)
• Experience in a customer-facing or support role
