    About the Role

TechMagic is launching a product-focused division to build and scale B2B SaaS applications alongside our core software development services business.

We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including:

    • Invoice Generator
    • MagicCV
    • MagicScreen

This is a foundational role. You will define how product marketing works at TechMagic - from positioning and go-to-market to experimentation, analytics, and growth loops. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead the product marketing direction as the portfolio and team expand.

    What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for turning our products into clear, differentiated, revenue-generating SaaS businesses.

    Product Marketing & Positioning

    • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment
    • Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases
    • Own ICP definition, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks
    • Develop and maintain core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page narratives, onboarding flows, and sales enablement materials

    Go-To-Market & Growth

    • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments
    • Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial, activation, conversion, and expansion
    • Own activation, conversion, retention, and monetization hypotheses
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on market and revenue insights

    Revenue & Data Ownership

    • Be accountable for MRR growth metrics, including conversion rates, churn, and LTV
    • Define and track north-star and supporting metrics for each product
    • Use data to prioritize experiments and double down on what works
    • Turn analytics into insights and insights into action

    Experimentation & Optimization

    • Run fast, structured experiments across:
      • Pricing & packaging
      • Onboarding & activation
      • Messaging & positioning
        Channels & funnels
    • Build repeatable experimentation frameworks and learning loops
    • Balance speed with rigorβ€”test often, learn fast, scale what wins

    AI-First & Modern Marketing Execution

    • Leverage AI marketing tools for research, messaging, experimentation, analytics, and automation
    • Continuously improve speed, efficiency, and output quality using AI-powered workflows
    • Stay ahead of modern PMM and growth tooling trends

    Why This Role Is Unique

    • You will be the first Product Marketing hire for TechMagic’s product division
    • You will shape the entire product marketing function from zero
    • Direct influence on product direction, pricing, and revenue growth
    • Clear path to becoming Head of Product Marketing as the portfolio scales
    • Work closely with C-level leadership and a strong in-house growth team

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C apps, or software platforms)
    • Proven ability to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end
    • Strong revenue and funnel mindset, with experience impacting activation, conversion, retention, and MRR
    • Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Sales/SDR teams

    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into growth actions and experiments
    • Experience running fast, structured experiments across messaging, onboarding, pricing, and channels
    • High level of autonomy and ownership - comfortable being the first PMM and building the function from scratch
    • AI-first marketer who actively uses AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of work
    • Strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented

    Foundational Product Marketing Skills

    • Market, competitor, and customer research (qualitative & quantitative)
    • ICP definition, segmentation, personas, and Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks
    • Messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narrative development
    • Funnel and lifecycle thinking (acquisition β†’ activation β†’ revenue β†’ retention)
    • Cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority
    • Strong written communication for landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and enablement

I am a multi-time US-based founder looking for a Founding Technical Partner to lead a multi-avenue engineering engine. Currently, we operate a profitable Game Studio and a scaling SaaS sales software.

I've worked in one of Elon Musks companies making games that teach critical thinking (synthesis) as well as a predominant background in business management + sales.

I have a great passion for how AI can work with humans to better themselves, rather than create dependency.

This is not a 9-to-5. This is a "0-to-1" grind for someone who wants to build high-level infrastructure, vet a global team, and am open to creating option in the future to a path to citizenship if necessary. Pay will become dynamic as more trust can be established, and can swap to a full time employment roll.

    The Stack

    • Game Logic: Lua
    • SaaS: Node.js, React, n8n
    • Infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
    • Specialty: Data Security, SOC2 Compliance, AI/LLM Orchestration

    Most prominent responsibilities:

    • Clear Technical Debt: Audit and stabilize existing codebases across our game and SaaS projects.
    • Human Firewall: Source, vet, and manage a decentralized team of freelancers. You own the QC.
    • Security Architecture: Design and maintain high-fidelity data security protocols (SOC2 standards) for enterprise-grade trust.
    • Strategic Pivot: Lead the transition from current capital-generating projects into our long-term AI and Digital Governance systems.

    The Reality:

    • Intensity: I work a full time job, and am currently managing personal responsibilities and 3 projects myself. I need a partner who matches that velocity.
    • Multitasking: You will switch between game logic, security audits, and AI workflows in the same day.
    • Autonomy: I am on the executive side. I need someone who tells me "No" when I'm wrong and handles the technical "how" without hand-holding.

To Apply, Answer These 4 Questions:

    1. What is the most intense crunch period you’ve ever navigated, and what did you personally deliver in the final 48 hours?
    2. How would you architect a data-handling system so that a skeptical corporate legal team would trust us with proprietary data?
    3. When does a technical issue become a me problem? What level of communication do you need to complete a project to first iteration?

Send github and other sources of previous work.
