Drive Lean and continuous improvement projects for PwC internal operations and client-related processes, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and cost. Act as a subject‑matter expert within Operations / Process Excellence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Lean transformation projects (finance, accounting, payroll, tax services, legal, administrative services etc.).
• Conduct process analysis and value stream mapping; identify improvement opportunities and quantify impact.
• Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and implementation sprints.

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on Lean/Continuous Improvement experience with proven, measurable project results.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Map, Standard Work, problem solving (5 Why, Ishikawa/fishbone, root cause analysis) etc.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; confident with data and business cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2+), comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) preferred.

Project description

We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support AWS infrastructure automation, customer environment deployment, and GitOps-based delivery.

Responsibilities

Design and implement reusable Terraform modules for AWS infrastructure.

Deploy and configure AWS services: VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, Secrets Manager, FSx, Redis/ElastiCache, Kafka/MSK, EMR, AppStream.

Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.

Support GitOps deployment with FluxCD or Argo CD.

Deploy Kubernetes platform components such as external-secrets, controllers, Istio, monitoring, and runners.

Adapt deployment to customer AWS environments with existing VPCs, restricted IAM, network limits, or custom artifact repositories.

Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, access, and deployment issues.

Prepare technical documentation, deployment instructions, and runbooks.

Senior / Lead Golang Engineer (AI-First Product)

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Golang Engineer to join an exciting long-term project focused on building an AI-powered tourism platform.

This is not a traditional coding role.

We are looking for engineers who can deliver features end-to-end using modern AI-assisted development tools, with a strong preference for Claude Code and similar agentic AI solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial experience with Golang

    (exceptionally strong candidates with 4+ years may also be considered)

Proven hands-on experience building and delivering production-ready features

Strong experience using AI coding tools in daily development workflows

    (Claude Code is highly preferred)

Demonstrable examples of AI-first engineering practices are required during the application process
