Business trip Accountant

Samsung R&D Institute Ukraine is looking for a passionate and collaborative Accountant to join our team in Kyiv.

 
Key responsibilities:

• processing of travel request, prepare business trip order and advance payment
• processing business trip report and representative report according to Ukrainian legislation
• processing corporate/representative payments and related expenses
• process vendor invoices related to business trips in SAP (verify and approve vendors’ invoices and other supporting documents; analyze respective postings)
• to be business partner for the business in questions related to Internal system for business trip and representative expenses

Requirements:

• knowledge of Tax legislation related to Travel & Expense and corporate/representative expenses
• intermediate English, comfortable working in an international environment
• confident proficiency in Excel
• experience with Kominteh, SAP as a plus  
• higher education
