We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer who combines strong engineering skills with product thinking. This is a highly business-oriented role at the intersection of revenue generating engineering, AI, and user experience.

Must-have skills:

• Strong full-stack engineering background (Python, Node.js, React, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs / AI APIs.
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering: practical use of AI agents (LLM-based tools, autonomous workflows, coding agents) in day-to-day development, including designing, orchestrating, and evaluating agent-driven workflows.
• Experience with product analytics and A/B testing.
• Solid system design fundamentals.

• Proven ability to ship user-facing features end-to-end.

   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in mental health, wellbeing, or health-tech.
• Experience building consumer mobile apps.
• Experience working with experimentation frameworks.
   

Key responsibilities for the first 6 months:

• Ship 15–20 meaningful product experiments.
• Design and implement AI-driven user flows (journaling, reflection, emotional interventions).
• Design and maintain an experimentation framework (A/B testing, rapid iteration).
• Work as product, design, and research to turn insights into shipped features.
• Improve retention and activation metrics.
• Participate in user interviews and discovery sessions.
