Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Active sourcing — most of your candidates won't be actively looking. You'll build outreach strategies, test new channels, quickly read what the market looks like for a given role, and iterate until you find what works.

• Screening & interviews — you'll talk to a lot of people. For each conversation, there are two jobs: present the role in a way that makes the right candidate interested, and run a structured interview to assess whether they actually fit.
• Coordination — schedule interviews, keep all sides aligned, and make sure the process moves without unnecessary delays. The best candidate experience often comes down to this.
• Client collaboration — run discovery calls, ask the questions hiring managers didn't think to answer, and turn vague requirements into a search strategy. Iterate, update, be a partner and lead client through the process.
• Talent pipeline — build and maintain a reserve of strong candidates you've already vetted. Keep relationships warm so when a role opens, you're not starting from zero.
• Process & records — keep the ATS (Notion) clean, up to date, and document what works. We're a small team, so good habits here matter.
   

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years in IT recruitment, ideally with US or EU markets

What are the qualifications?

• 2+ years of proven experience in data sourcing and lead generation, preferably with experience in the US and EU markets.
• B2 level of English is required to guarantee the quality of the information in database, as well as data sourcing process velocity and quality of interaction with colleagues.
• Robust understanding of the ABM approach, its structure, and long-term goals. As well as the value of a qualified database in its successful implementation.
• A deliberate sense of ownership of tasks in the long run, having a product mind with excellent self-management skills and a focus on great results.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and enhance our customer-facing portal and backend services. We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to own the product strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of the platform. You will be a key bridge between the engineering team, business stakeholders, and provider partners, ensuring the aggregator delivers clear commercial value to operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the aggregator (from provider widgets and API integrations to marketplace capabilities and analytics).

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst/Technical QA Engineer  to serve as a critical bridge between business needs, product requirements, engineering execution, and quality assurance.

This is not a passive coordinator role. We need someone who is technical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and relentless about follow-through. The right person practices extreme ownership: they do not wait to be told what to do, do not drop balls, and do not hide behind ambiguity. They drive clarity, push work forward, identify risks early, and make sure the team ships high-quality outcomes.

You will work closely with product, engineering, stakeholders, and operations to define requirements, validate workflows, test functionality end-to-end, and ensure that what gets built actually solves the business problem.

What You Will Own

• Translate business needs, stakeholder feedback, and operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements
• Write and maintain high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Partner closely with engineers to clarify scope, answer questions, and eliminate ambiguity during implementation
• Act as the first line of quality defense by validating features before they reach stakeholders or production
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, regression suites, and end-to-end test scenarios
• Identify gaps, edge cases, inconsistencies, and hidden failure points across business logic and system behavior
• Triage bugs with precision, reproduce issues reliably, document findings clearly, and work with engineering through resolution
• Validate APIs, integrations, data flows, and system behavior across frontend and backend components
• Support UAT planning and execution with internal and external stakeholders
• Track deliverables aggressively and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Surface delivery risks, requirement conflicts, and quality concerns early, with proposed solutions
• Maintain strong documentation hygiene across tickets, flows, requirements, test artifacts, and release readiness

• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams on technical issues
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, browser dev tools, and test management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple threads simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, radiology, operations, scheduling, call center, or workflow-heavy environments
• Experience with integration-heavy platforms, legacy systems, or data validation
• Familiarity with API testing, ETL/data verification, and cross-system reconciliation
• Experience supporting UAT with non-technical business stakeholders
• Exposure to automation testing frameworks is a plus, but this role is primarily for someone strong in manual, technical, investigative QA

We are looking for a Product Manager to own product decisions for a high-volume eCommerce platform serving the US & Canada market.

This role is focused on business impact, not feature delivery. You will be responsible for improving conversion, profit per order, and operational efficiency across the product.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap based on business metrics (CVR, AOV, refunds, ops cost).
• Define and validate product hypotheses tied to measurable impact.
• Improve checkout, upsell, repeat purchase, and funnel efficiency.
• Reduce operational friction (manual work, CS tickets, order issues).
